Chapter 8

Normal P.O.V.

You slid open the door, greeting Ms. Tome. "Y/n dear, it's rare to see you so early" flashing her a small frown, she could instantly tell that you were having a bad mood. You walked to the living room and sat on the couch, looking at your hands. Your eyes was still the same. Lifeless. Your h/c bangs framing your pale face. Your plump, pink lips dry. Red orbs staring lifelessly at your hands. You slightly calmed yourself. "It's been a while since I've entered my dreamworld...." you mumbled, a hint of joy in it.

Standing up, you walked to your room and changed to your usual clothing. Dark violet shirt, black long-sleeved button-up jacket, dark gray leggings, and black combat boots that reached under your knee. Opening the door, you gently closed it and headed outside. "Kaido? Where are you going?" Ms. Tome questioned. "I'll be buying some parts, I'll be back later" with that said, you left the building. Your heels clicked on the stone path. Some students looked your way. You quickly spotted Yuno and the others in the cafe, talking to each other.

Opening the door, you slowly walked and stood behind Arata. Your eye twitched slightly, seeing him eat to his hearts content. He began to talk making you punch his head. "Don't talk while your mouth is full, idiot" you stated. You then sat beside the redhead, ordering milk tea and chocolate cake. "Kaido...." Hikaru mumbled. "Yes, Hikaru?" you questioned. He opened his mouth and had a glint of regret in his eyes. "We followed you....when you were up the mountain...."he began to say. You blinked and slightly shook your head. "Don't worry, you got in my dreamworld" you said, thanking the maid once she placed the tea on the table.

"Just saying, you don't have to worry about anything.." you stated. "Kaido-san, how did you feel when Takeru kissed you?" Yuno questioned with stars in your eyes. "His lips was a bit rough..it was warm....he probably doesn't know that he stole my first kiss, oh well" you merely stated and began to sip on your tea. You ate your chocolate cake and once done, Yuno finally calmed herself down. "Did you like it?" you blinked and shrugged your shoulders. "I'll be out to buy some parts" you stated and took your CCM from Yuno and paid for the bills.

"10980 credits?" you questioned. Arata began to sweat nervously. "Oh well, just a small speck of my money" you left the cafe leaving the five dumbfounded. You looked around the town and instantly saw a mechanics shop. You opened the door gently, you looked around at the parts. You got what you needed and went up to the corner. You the saw Bunta in front of you. "Bunta, good afternoon" you bowed. The male looked at you and smiled. "Hello, Kaido-san, are you here to buy parts as well?" you nodded as the old receptionist yawned. "That'll be 8689 credits sir" the old man stated lazily. Bunta began to sweat nervously. "What?" "Our prices have increased to 10%" the old man stated. You blinked and placed the parts you wanted on the counter. "I'll pay everything" the old man smirked and began to add the prices. "25980 credits" Bunta began to panic at the high amount of cash. You pulled out your CCM and bought all of it. You gave Bunta his parts. "Kaido-san, you didn't have to" "Don't worry, it wasn't much" "Thank you so much!" the male bowed as you pet his hair and walked out of the store, waving at him.

Walking on the cement sidewalk, you listened at the beat of your clicking boots. You hummed in your head,  matching the rythm of the clicks. You then felt something stopping you from walking. A hand was holding your wrist. Turning your head, your lifeless eyes landed on a male with long, black hair, accentuated by white near his temples, purple eyes with yellow centers and wore violet gloves. You instantly recognized the male as the Violet Devil. "Muraku Houjou, is something the matter?" you questioned, looking at him blankly.

"You.....you have a similar power....as to Arata Sena" your face remained blank. "Power?" you questioned. Muraku then but the inside of his cheeks. "N-nevermind" he stuttered. "The Violet Devil....just stuttered in front of me.." you mumbled. The male blushed and gulped, feeling embarrassed. "I'll be going now" you stated and turned your heel until Muraku grabbed your arm. "Wait!" you stopped and turned your head to him. "Why.... don't you join Rossius?" you instantly replied. "Give me more time to think about it" Muraku nodded and let go. "I'll be going now, Muraku-senpai" you bowed your head, walking away, leaving Muraku flustered.

You slid open the door and greeted Ms. Tome. "Arata~ I brought more parts than I thought~ let me customize your LBX" you lazily stated. Arata gave you his PBX as you instantly began to customize it. Bunta, Rinko, and the other mechanics stood behind you. They admired your skills and once done, Rinko and Sakuya began to compliment you. "Here, Arata, the speed is much faster now, much more faster than Vampire Cat Militas and more power" you stated. Arata nodded in understanding until Yuno pushed her tablet in front of you.

"Kaido-san! You're so pretty when you smile!" Yuno exclaimed. She played the video as the others began to widen their eyes and began to compliment you. "Uh....Jessica-nee and Ran-nee forced me to" you stated, waving your left hand dismissively. "You're so popular!" you mentally sighed and ignored all their compliments.

"The attention.... it's mortifying" you mumbled. Sakuya was the only one who heard. He sweat-dropped and laughed. You smiled slightly and giggled a bit. The chattering stopped making you look at them. "Huh? Is something the matter?" Yuno, and the other girls had stars in their eyes while the boys blushed. "Your laugh was so cute!" you blinked and shook your head. "I'm not cute" you stated. "You are!" you looked at the screen of your CCM. "I am not cute" you stated boredly. Yuno sighed dramatically and stood behind you with a mischievous smirk. She placed a bunny hairband on your head and quickly took a picture.
