Chapter 13

Normal P.O.V.

You opened your eyelids and saw Jin's face. The adult was still asleep. You looked at the clock and had a small smile on seeing it was 7 in the morning. Lifting your hand up, you gently shook his left shoulder. "Onii-sama.....time to wake up" you stated quietly. Jin groaned and pulled you to him, embracing you in a tight but comfortable hold.

You sighed and kissed his left cheek, making the adult open his eyes. "It's 7 in the morning, Onii-sa-" Jun cut you off when he kissed your forehead. "The headmaster cancelled classes today because of last night" Jin brushed your bangs gently to the side, your scar visible for his eyes to see. "Onii-sama" Jin looked down at you. You buried your face on his chest and sighed. "I'm sorry" Jin had a warm smile on, he patted your hair gently. "It's alright" Jin replied gently.

The door opened, revealing Yuno, Hanako, Arata, Haruki, Hikaru, Sakuya and Takeru. They immediately saw both of you hugging and blinked. "Onii-sama, about last night..." you started to say. Jin cupped your face and began to caress your left cheek gently. "Don't worry about it, from now on, you'll be sleeping in my apartment" you nodded in understanding. Arata and the others hid behind a large box, eavesdropping on the conversation. "How is Arata Sena's progress in his training?" Jin questioned making the said male gulp nervously. "He is lazy but, he's alright" you replied, sitting on Jin's lap.

"That person......the one who attacked me...." you started. "What about it?" you looked up at him innocently with a blank look. Eyes still devoid of life. "That person is no ordinary human" you stated. Jin began to feel cautious. "I see..." Jin wrapped his arms around your waist, cuddling you.

"Your stuff is already in my apartment" Jin stated with hint of protectiveness. Arata and the others sweat-dropped as you giggled making them widen their eyes. You looked up at Jin with life in your eyes, a smile present on your face. Jin smiled warmly at you and both of you began to cuddle. "Where are we though?" you questioned. "In a clinic" Jin replied, your stomach growled a little bit making Jin chuckle while you blushed slightly. "Don't laugh!" you whined making Jin laugh.

You pouted but giggled along. Yuno secretly took pictures of your cheerful state while the boys felt like they were in heaven. "Yosh, let's make breakfast together, it's been a while since we've done that" Jin stated making you nod your head. "I miss these times" Jin suddenly said. You immediately knew what he meant making you hug his right arm. "Baka...." you mumbled as Jin ruffled your hair gently as both of you exited the small room and went to the apartment.

"Sugoi...... Kaido-chan looked really happy" Yuno exclaimed, flabbergasted, it was the first time for her to see you with cheerful, alive eyes. She would usually see you give out a small smile and a small smirk. Seeing you smiling was rare but seeing you cheerful, eyes filled with life, a genuine smile on your face, it was even rare.

Seeing you like that made her think it was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Yuno felt bubbly on the inside. She turned her head to the side to see males, faces as red as a tomato. Seeing them made the brunette smirk playfully. "Oh my, I didn't think four of my friends had a crush on Kaido-chan" Yuno giggled playfully at them as Hanako blushed.

"Wait, you too Hanako!?" Hanako immediately shook her head. "Let's go to the bookstore, we have to study for the test tomorrow" Takeru stated making Arata groan. "Don't be like that Arata, you have to get good grades too if you want to stay here in the island" Yuno scolded the red head as Hikaru sighed in disappointment.

The group of eight began to go to the bookstore and once there, they saw Kaito holding the book they wanted. "Hey, Kaito, can we have that book please, we saw it first" Kaito looked at them. The door slid open as you and Jin entered. "Namino-san? Izumo-san?" you questioned, eyes back to its lifeless state. Face blank as they turned their heads towards both of you. "Ah, Y/n, here's your book" the shop owner took the book from Kaito's hand and walked over to you, giving it to you. "What?! But we saw it first!" Arata complained.
