The train rattled along the track lines as the sun set behind the mountains, giving way for the moon to rise and shine in the sky. The lights in the room were brightly lit as Lucy, Happy, Carla, and Lily happily enjoyed the dinner that they had ordered, chatting over the fun times that they had.

"And, and, remember that time where Lucy took the three of us to an amusement park? That was the best day ever!" Happy exclaimed, waving his fish-sticks in the air before popping them into his mouth.

Lily nodded his head, smiling fondly. "Ah. It was indeed fun."

"That was fun. Especially the ferris wheel and the roller coasters. I still remember Happy's petrified face," Carla giggled.

"Carla, you're so mean~" Happy whined.

"But it was quite the laugh. Right, Lucy?" Carla replied, looking towards Lucy.

"Yep!" Lucy replied, nodding her head enthusiastically. "I still have the picture that they took while we were on it."

"You do?!" Carla and Lily both exclaimed.

"Yeah. I think I have it somewhere in my purse," Lucy said as she reached for her bag and began rummaging around in it. Carla and Lily had gleaming eyes of anticipation though Happy had a face of a hundred-year-old man who looked as if he was going to die anytime soon.

"Lucy, don't show it~" Happy whined, tears streaming down.

"Got it!" Lucy said as she removed her hand from her bag, taking out a picture.

"Lucy~!" Happy cried even more as he fell down on the floor, defeated. "You're so cruel~"

Carla immediately grabbed it as she and Lily began rolling around on the floor in laughter.

"What's that face, Happy?!" Carla cried, tears in her eyes as she continued to laugh harder.

Lily tried to contain his laughter but he, too, couldn't help but burst into laughter. "Happy, your face is just too funny."

"You guys are too mean~!" Happy cried in an exasperated voice.

Lucy chuckled as she looked at the three of them fondly. The three of them were so cute and friendly, so different from the rest of the guild. Then how? Why was it that it was only the three of them that played with her? She remembered back to Lisanna and the others, thinking about what they had called her. She smiled, realizing that the answer was so simple.

They were weak.

To the guild, the exceeds were nothing more than tools of transportation for the dragon slayers and Lucy was just a sack of potatoes that they had been carrying around. She released herself from her thoughts and stared at the three of them who were happily playing with one another. She wrapped her arms around the three of them and pulled them into a hug.

"Lucy?" Happy asked, confused.

"Is there something wrong?" Carla asked worriedly, wondering why Lucy had suddenly hugged the three of them.

"Are you feeling unwell?" Lily asked.

Lucy shook her head, hugging them close to her as she smiled. "I love you guys."

The three exceeds looked at one another and smiled sheepishly. They hugged Lucy back and returned her emotions.

"We love you, too, Lucy!" Happy exclaimed. "Forever and ever and ever!"

"You're the most important to us," Lily replied back timidly.

"And no one can replace you," Carla replied, happiness and joy overflowing from her. "We won't leave you no matter what. After all, you're our one and only Lucy!"
