Lucy gulped. She glanced at the monster that appeared before her, recognizing all too well. She gritted her teeth as she stared at it in disbelief.

"How?" she breathed. "How?!"

She heard a voice laughing from afar.

"This is our ultimate weapon that we went to great lengths to retrieve," the Commander of the North Kingdom laughed. "Victory will be ours with this."

"Why are you willing to go to such great lengths for your Kingdom?" Lucy questioned, furious. "Do you have any idea what you've done?!"

"I'm quite aware of the destructive power of this monster," he replied. "No matter what, the North Kingdom definitely has to win."

"Even if it means killing your nation?"

"Even if it means killing my nation," he answered, his voice not showing the slightest bit of doubt. "Even if our Kingdom is wiped off the face of the Earth, at least the North Kingdom will be remembered throughout history!"

The Commander laughed with a boisterous voice filled with confidence and pride. Lucy saw him laugh in the headquarters and she stared at him, her face contorted with anger. This was why she hated humans. They were selfish, arrogant, and blind to the reality that faced them.

"There won't even be a history to remember," Lucy mumbled to himself.

The world will cease to exist if this monster is left to roam. The sole reason for the Typhon's existence is to cause chaos and disorder. Judging from his height, it was still in the midst of regaining its full power. If she didn't stop it now, his true height will be enough to tear the entire universe apart.

"Commander of the North Kingdom, you really think that the Typhon will be that easy to control?" Lucy yelled.

The Commander heard her voice and looked at her. "Of course."

"You're but a mere human. You'll never be able to control a monster born from two immortals," Lucy said, her voice full of malice.

He scoffed. "Fiore will perish in the North Kingdom's hands. Now hurry up and surrender."

"So you really do not know the true power of the Typhon," Lucy gritted her teeth. "If you let that monster roam, it's not only Fiore and the North Kingdom that are going to perish! The whole universe will cease to exist!"

"Nothing but flummery!" the Lieutenant yelled. "Hurry up and surrender!"

They weren't going to persuaded by her words and Lucy knew it. She sighed as she looked up at Typhon who was but standing there. She had heard of this monster but this was the first time she saw it herself. After the Golden Age of Greece, the Olympians were now in their slumber with the exception of Hades. She gripped her lance as she looked up with fierce determination.

"I will fight you," Lucy resolved, her whole body beginning to glow a bright golden color as she began releasing a large amount of magic.

It soon moved to attack her but she dodged it easily.

"Stop," she commanded, her eyes turning shining gold but it didn't work as she was swatted to the ground.

Laxus and they watched it happen and they all began yelling. Laxus found himself trembling but right now, he can't go out. It wasn't the right time.

"I guess even Heaven's Decree won't stop it," Lucy muttered but stood back up, her wounds healing. "All I have to do is get to the head."

"It's useless," the Commander said as he watched Lucy began making her way up Typhon's body to get to its head.
