You didn't think I'd be back, now did you? Of course you didn't, it's no surprise that you're just as blind as she is. I never left, I've been here this entire time. You would know if you paid any attention, although who's to say you don't? The world may never know, however— I do. Yet I'm not here to spiel about my knowledge, that's what I like to save for last. I just want to open your eyes for you. Not all the way, but enough for now.

See, humanity is plagued and tainted with lies formed by themselves. They corrupt people, they destroy who a person is. Lies destroy lives, lies are ticking time bombs. They're created and thrown at someone, deemed innocent or not, but it doesn't explode. Not yet. There is no timer on it, so the person believes it's nothing to worry about. This person has no idea what's hiding behind that bomb until it's too late. Everything blows up in their face. The creator didn't want it to hurt the person, but it did. They failed to realize that the truth comes out eventually, and it's only a matter of time before it does. Unexpected as it may be, it's the consequence of lying in the first place. Though the truth may hurt, making someone wait to suffer is far more cruel. When they realized you lied to them, you lose their trust. Trust takes eons to repair, sometimes it can never be repaired, and people are left in ruins.

Why do I seem so obsessed with the act of lying, you may wonder. Well, to answer that for you, I find it fascinating observing the catastrophe a lie creates. I adore watching as two specimen come together, only to fall apart after finding another love that stole their precious, fragile heart. Or two friends, one has hidden something so harmful that they feel as if their friend will break away from them if they found out. The oblivious friend ends up confronting their companion when it's too late, when they've already find out the truth for themselves, when any mistakes or horror in between could've been avoided. With that, their pain and suffering fuels me. It drives me. I absolutely love every bit of it.

I've seen many scenarios, I've seen people come and go in many spectacular ways. Hardly do I get involved in others lives though, but when it comes to my dear muse, I can't help myself. And his doll of a friend too, she's caught my eye ever since she moved in with him. Only if I could've warned her of her doom. Wait, I could've! But that's the fun part of being me. I choose what happens, I control what happens. And no one can stop me.

I'll be seeing you real soon...
