"...As always, it is my greatest honour to stand before you today. Every fortnight I broadcast a message to all you lovely citizens of Nacoma and every fortnight it brings me more joy. Our society has changed so much over the years, all for the better. We have come together from near and far, through adversity, through times of struggle, through peril...and we have created a prosperous, new society in which we are all equal and free. The time when this land was in burning ruins is far behind us. Crime rates have drastically reduced since the SentiVaccines were introduced. News is positive, faces are smiling, and all around Nacoma I can see just how much of a positive impact the SentiVaccines have had on our lives. However, there has recently been an attack on this brilliant society that we have created. Recently there was a foolish attempt made by a group of anomalies to escape from MisMap Correctional Facility and return to our civilisation. Now, we all know that the anomalies are assigned to MisMap for good reason: they do not comply, nor do they want to comply, to the legislations of our great society. They still have negative emotions running through their veins that could affect our happiness and damage our way of life. They are the criminals of the future. Well fear not, citizens of Nacoma - not that you would anyway, of course – these renegade anomalies were dealt with and safely returned to MisMap, having done no damage to us. And so I put this little situation behind me, as must you, remembering that we are only safe with the anomalies in MisMap. Some of them may have attempted to escape, but the anomalies do not have what we have: a strong and stable community in which we work together and thrive. We have developed Nacoma in so many ways since this land was so viciously attacked; ways that are better than I can express. Everyday I feel more and more grateful to all of you for allowing me the honour of being your President. I could not be prouder. Thank you for listening to this fortnightly speech, citizens. And remember: trust in those who seek to protect you."
