"Peaches, please dont leave me." I cried over her body. Some teenage boy came running in the room. He froze in the door then started yelling.
"No! No! Peaches, please dear god. No." He kept mumbling over and over then he looked at me.
"Why are you still standing here? Call the damn police."
My body immediately got up and ran towards the house phone. I hurried up and called 911.
"911 how may I help you?"
"My girlfriend got shot in my house!"
"Ok sir, please calm down. "
"I don't know what to do." I paced back and forth.
"Whats your address sir? I can send help right away."
"1435 carroll road."
"Im sending help now."
I just hung up without saying thank you, I dont have time to be on the phone.
I ran back to Peaches, my baby. I love her. I know I might seem like a dick right now. But its not my fault, its all Jaydens. And right know I dont give a damn about him now. Even though he's probably dead right now, fuck him. He found out I was visiting Peaches while she was in jail. He basically tortured my ass for all the information she gave me to know what she was doing and what she was going to do next. But the cheating part is entirely my fault. But everything else, no. Thats how he found Peaches today but of course I gave him false information sometimes. But I had to act like I was against her. But as soon as shots were fired I immediately put like 5 bullets in Jayden bitch ass.
The paramedics came busting in the room a bee-line straight for Peaches. They took her then took Jayden. Me and the teenager went downstairs and seen the police they started asking the obvious question.
What happened?
"The man that was on the floor shot her and she shot back. End of story."
I hurriedly got in the car and the teenage boy followed and hopped in.
"Who are you?"
"Nip, you?"
"Xavier."
"Oh your that nigga but come on drive!"
I started the car and drove anyway. "What's that suppose to mean?"

Fuck. Ten hours. Ten damn hours I've been sitting in this chair waiting for news about Peaches. I've been here all damn night and im getting restless. Nip told me how Peaches took him in and provided for him. I give Peaches hell of props for doing that. Cause not many people in Harlem would do that. Her doing that made her different and more special in a way. Earlier I called Damontae, Quan and Pookie and told them Peaches got hurt. Since all of them moved a little down south its going to take them some hours to get to New York. But most definitely they're own they way.
"Anybody here for Cashmere Peaches Thomas?"
Me and Nip hurriedly stood up walking fastly to the Doctor.
"Either of you a family relative?"
"Im her boyfriend and this is her little brother."
"Ok, right now Cashmere was shot 4 times. One bullet in each arm and two in her chest. Luckily the bullets in her chest wasnt close to her heart or otherwise she wouldve died. We managed to get the bullets out but she has concussion, she mustve hit her head or something. We dont know right now currently we are running test. She might have done some damaged. But everything else is absolutely fine."
"When can we go see her?" Nip asked
"Well right now she is resting but you can still see her. Room 122."
"Thank you."

Man what the hell? I feel dead but I know im not. I can hear voices all around me, I can feel my body come to life. I can feel warmth in my hand. I wiggle my toes and open my eyes. I see 5 men staring me in my face and I dont know them at all.
"Get the hell out my face." My voice sounded like a man. One of them gave me some water.
"Peaches, how do you feel?"
"I feel good and who are you?"
"You dont know who I am?"
"No and like I said who are you?"
"Damn!" The cute lightskin one said. He has braids, dimples, nice skin, nice teeth. Etc.
"Ok, you know all of us. Im Xavier, this is Nip, Damontae, Quan and Pookie."
"Hmm, nice to know."
"Im just going to get the doctor. " Damontae said then walked out leaving the rest of the boys staring at me.
"Awkward."

sorry for the long wait guys I've been busy.. first it was my birthday on the 22nd then I had to go shopping for this photoshoot I have to do basically everything was crazyy.
But yeah! I hope you enjoyed the chapter, it was a little rushed.
