Chapter 4: Waking up on Twins and learning how to make stuff float. FUN!!

I woke up to someone poking me. "Piss off. I'm trying to sleep." I muttered. I heard laughing, before getting poked again. I punched whatever was closest to me and heard a groan. Good, they deserved it. I suddenly felt myself falling through air, before hitting the ground. My eyes sprung open, only to be met by the carpet's pattern. "Bloody hell, Nixie! You didn't need to punch me." said a groaning Fred. I slowly got up, swaying from dizziness. I nearly fell on the floor again, when someone caught me. I looked up and saw Harry. "Thanks." I said awkwardly, getting up and scratching the back of my neck. He blushed and nodded. I looked around the room and saw a grinning Ron and George, and a whimpering Fred next to them. His nose was covered in blood. Wow...I didn't know I could punch that well.

"Morning guys. Sorry Fred." I said, looking at him with guilt. He waved his hand, as if to dismiss me, and got up. "I'm going to the Infirmary. Talk to you later." I still felt guilty, so I said, "Hang on, let me get and ready and come with you." George nodded and said, "Yeah me too." Fred smiled and picked up a random napkin that someone must have left yesterday, and put it to his nose. I sprinted upstairs and quickly got changed into my school uniform. It was soon time for breakfast, and after that Lessons. By the time we get back from the infirmary, it would be time to eat. I tidied up my hair and put on some eyeliner and mascara, before running back down the stairs. In the time I was upstairs, Fred and George got ready too. I gave Ron and Harry a quick hug and told them, "Sorry guys. See ya at breakfast." They smiled at me and hugged me back. "Okay. See ya there Nix." said Ron, before pulling Harry down to the Great Hall. I sighed, jealous about them being able to eat already. "Let's go then." I said, pulling the Twins by their arms.

The walk to the Infirmary was quiet. The only thing you could hear was Fred's groans, poor boy. It was his own fault though! He knows I love my sleep. "I really am sorry Fred. You know my love for sleep." I said guiltily, looking sadly at the ground. It wasn't very fun knowing that you've hurt your best friend. Fred sighed and put his arm over my shoulder. "I told you it's ok. I shouldn't have woken you up like that. I'll get you back though, I hope you know that." he said softly, bumping into my shoulder. I grinned and nodded, already thinking about everything he could do to me. "Well at least you'll finally be able to meet Rudolph the red nosed Reindeer!" I said, giggling to myself. George looked at his brother's nose and bursted out laughing, noticing Fred's bright red blush. "Shut up." he muttered, nudging me with his elbow. Wow...he has a pointy elbow. I stuck my tongue out at him and set off running, racing the boys to the Infirmary. They seemed to have caught on, because they started to run behind me.

"Haha! Catch me if you can!" I shouted. The Twins stopped, shared a mischievous look and set of running again, slowly catching up with me. I screamed and ran as fast as my feet would let me, not seeing the Person ahead. You would think that I ran into the person, right? Wrong! I tried to stop but skidded, crashing face first into a pillar. Who the fuck decided to put that there? "Oww..." I groaned loudly, holding onto my throbbing forehead. "So not only do you talk to yourself, but you also run into solid objects. Good to know." said a familiar voice. I could just hear the smirk in his voice. "Shut up Draco. It's not my fault someone decided to place a pillar here. It was probably Salazar Slytherin himself, waiting for an innocent Gryffindor to run into it." I said angrily. Draco laughed, nearly falling on the floor. "Don't piss your pants laughing. It'd be quite a horrible sight." I muttered, slapping his leg. "You, innocent? Yeah right! I'll believe it when I see pigs flying." he chuckled. That little cheeky git.

By now, Fred and George came around the corner. "What the hell?" asked George. I can't really blame him. It's not everyday you see your best friend lying on the floor, talking to the person you hate. "Oh hey guys! Took you long enough." I said, pretending as if nothing happened. They looked weirdly at us, no one saying a word. Draco's face twisted into a sneer, probably getting ready to insult them. If he did choose to do that, I would have bitch slapped him. "Well I think. I'll better go. See ya later Anna." he said. I waved and smiled at him, liking my new nickname. "See ya later Lou." I said, winking at him. He blushed and glared at me. Draco spun on his heel and left, leaving an awkward silence behind.
