Weeks had passed after they had found the twins, they were all trying to get their lives back together. Cinde would notice the twins exchanging unspoken messages between each other at breakfast and dinner. She notices the little things that neither one of them noticed about each other. Noah has had a really ugly attitude toward everyone since they been home and Sophia was withdrawn from the family cutting herself off from everyone. They had put them into therapy to talk about what had happened and other things. The second week they were home Cinde had found Noah in Sophia's bed both of them without clothes. She separated them, putting the boys in one room while the girls shared the other. But then not long after that she walked out onto the porch one night and caught them in the act. They had been sinking around just to have sex. Noah was angry with them and himself for what was going on most of all himself.

It had been nearly a month after the twins were found, Noah passed the floor in the therapist office as he tells her everything, tears roll off of his cheeks.

"I hate myself," he tells Dr. Samantha Cruz.

"Why do you hate yourself, Noah." Dr. Cruz asked crossing her long slender legs.

Dr. Cruz had been a licensed therapist for five years now. She was tall with a slender build body, she reminded Noah of a model with her long black hair that she wore up in a loose bun. Strains of her shiny hair fall around her round face, into her green eyes. She wore a black pin-striped pantsuit with a silk white blouse in under the jacket.

"Because I hurt my sister, and I can't stop hurting her. It seems like the more I try the more I hurt her."

"You said that the last time you two had sex, she started it," Dr. Cruz read from her notes.

"Yes, but it would have never happened if I kept my distanced from her when we returned home"

"Your mother said that she put you into another room, how do you feel about that"

"I hate it," Noah tells her, "Sophia and I have never been in separate rooms, and now, I don't know, I want to be close to her."

"Are you mad at your parents for separating y'all?"

"No, not really, I know why they did it and I understand."

"Hum," she hums writing in her notebook, "Tell me what you're thinking about."

Noah leans down placing his elbows on his knees and his chin in his hands, "I think about killing myself."

Dr. Cruz leans against the back of the black wing back chair she sets in, "Have you told your parents about this."

"No, my mom is too worried to be worrying about that, and my dad his disappointed in me."

"Is that what he told you."

"No, but I can tell."

"How can you tell."

"He doesn't talk to me like he used to."

"And why do you think that is?" she asked

"Because I want to fuck my sister," he says point blank.

"I see," she looks up at the clock above them, "Time is up, Noah, I want to see you and Sophia both at the same time next Wednesday."

"You think that would be a good idea."

"Yes, I do, and I would like one of your parents to set in with us."

"My mom?" he suggested

"And why not your father?"

"I'll feel more comfortable if it was my mom."
