The day went by too fast before my Aunt arrived. I wasn't sure if she was actually happy or mad to see me, but she had to take me back none of the less. I was forced to move in with her after my parents kicked me out.

Why they did? The photos and audio found its way to my parents, who are dumbasses anyways and believed it all. They never wanted a daughter pregnant, even though I did a test to show them I wasn't. Still, here I was not going back home but to my Aunt's.

"Ready Elle?" My Aunt asked me, signing my discharge papers. My Aunt was more on the poor side of the economy and my parents refused to give us any money to survive. She also had long brown hair that went to her waist, but usually kept it in a ponytail. Her hazel eyes made her a little mysterious, intimidating anyone see meets.

"Yeah, I'm ready." I said, now being able to sit up to change out of my hospital outfit. We left the hospital within an hour, driving to my Aunt's home in silence. I was never sure if she liked me or not, but out of my whole family she did not believe what happened at school, which meant she though I never did what those pictures showed.

"So, what the hell happened?" She asked me, raising an eyebrow. "I come home late one night from work and you're gone, and so were my sleeping pills and knife."

"I may have committed suicide." I quietly spoke. She slammed onto the breaks immediately, pulling over to the side of the road with her old truck.

She looked at me with a hit of disbelief and bafflement. "If you killed yourself, then you wouldn't be here right now!" She exclaimed to me.

"Well, even the doctors couldn't explain! I died for real, but then came back to life, they said it was like a second chance or some crap like that!" I yelled, looking over at the passing cars along the road.

My Aunt sighed. "Well, I always chose to believe you, whether or not you actually died." My Aunt's face practically turned to stone as she said this next part. "I just hope you're telling me the truth since I am your guardian now."

"Yes Aunt Harley." I said. I haven't said my Aunt's real name in a long time, and it felt weird saying it. She got back on the road and continued to her house, arriving there in ten minutes.

"We're here." Aunt Harley said, stopping the car in front of an old house. The house was practically falling apart, but we couldn't afford anything better.

"Ok." I said, getting out of the car and heading to the house. I had no bags in the hospital, so everything was still in my room. But it's not like my parents took all my favorite things anyways.

I sat down on my bed, causing dust to fly up and float around my room. I gave out a sigh, knowing that I have to start school again tomorrow. I just hope no one notices me as I go back and they don't find out I was dead at one point. I looked up at my ceiling, thinking on how I came back to life. I started to think so hard that my head was aching, so I stopped and placed my face on my pillow, soon falling asleep.

-----The Morning-----

I woke with the sound of my ringing alarm. I smashed it off, grunting as I got up from my bed. My stomach was growling, hungry from not eating dinner last night. I got ready into dark clothes, not wanting to stand out as I went back to school.

"Morning Elle." My Aunt called out to me as I walked into the kitchen. I grabbed a piece of toast and a glass of orange juice. "Remember, ignore the stares and get used to school again. Just don't repeat your last life." She warned me.

"Yeah, I'll try." I whispered, leaving to grab my bag. I left the house, earphones plugged in as I went to listen to Pandora. The song Animal by Neon Trees was on when I made it to the bus stop. I always was alone when I got to the bus stop, being the only one that lives in this part of the neighborhood that goes to my school. Today, however, there was a guy around my age waiting at the bus stop.

I didn't recognize him, so he must have been new. He looked over at me and gave a small smile. "Hey." He said.

"Um, hi." I quietly spoke. He walked over so he could talk to me. I looked up to see that he had shaggy blonde hair with bright blue eyes.

"Are you new?" He asked me.

I shook my head. "No, I was sick for a few weeks. How about you?" That was a lie.

"Yeah, came last week. My name is Seamus O'Doherty. What's yours?" He introduced himself with a casual tone.

"Elle Carson." I smiled.

He looked at me clueless for a moment. "I remember that name for some reason." He said, rubbing the stubble on his chin. The bus pulled up before he can say any more. He gestured me to go in first and I entered the bus and saying thank you. Everyone looked up, with the mix of bafflement and anger on their faces. They analyzed me thoroughly as I went to sit down at the back of the bus, with Seamus sitting down next to me.

"Why are they all staring at you?" He asked me.

"No reason. I'm used to it anyways." I quietly told him. He just shrugged it off as the bus drove off to school. It took a while to get to school, making me bite my lip with nervousness.

"Are you okay? You're lip is bleeding." Seamus pointed out. I licked the blood off my lip, not making it any better.

"Oh I'm just nervous about catching up in school since I was sick and all." I quickly coughed so Seamus would get the point that I was 'sick' while I was absent. I didn't want the new kid to know that I committed suicide.

"Ok, looks like we're here." Seamus spoke up, the feeling of the bus stopping not long after he said this. I got out of the bus in a dash, but waiting on the grass for Seamus to catch up. I was hesitant before opening the door, not knowing how my school will react when I entered through the door.
