A Party Can Effect All Of Us

Today was the night of the party, and I forgot to tell Aunt Harley about it. This may not end well.

I was putting on some light make up when I heard an old car horn from out front. I looked over at my window and saw Seamus in an old truck waiting for me. Wow, he wasn't kidding about needing to borrow his Dad's old truck.

I dashed downstairs, bringing my phone and a rape whistle in a hand purse. I had to be careful to try not to rip the white dress I was wearing, the same one I was wearing when I saw my wings. I was so close to leaving when I heard "Where do you think you are going?"

I cringed at Aunt Harley's voice. "A-A party?" I said more as a question than an answer.

Aunt Harley raised her eyebrow and grossed her arms. "With who?"

"Seamus, Eddie, and some of Eddie's friends." I replied. Aunt Harley has gotten to know of the boys well, but has yet to meet any of them but Seamus in person after something with James and I happened a few weeks ago.

"Sure, stay safe. You know the rules." With that, my aunt walked off into her room for the night. "And come home before two!"

I smiled a giant grin. "Thanks Aunt Harley!" I called out to her before running into Seamus' mode of transportation. "Hi Seamus."

"Hey." He kissed my cheek lightly, making my male up deepen in color. "Ready?"

I nodded, smiling like a doofus now I bet. Seamus pressed his foot on the gas pedal and drove off, heading over to a party that can help me take a break for once.

-----Time Skip-----

We all decided to meet each other a block or so away from the warehouse. When Seamus and I parked, the others already beat us here. Eddie and Natalie looked like they were already in a sugar rush while Jakey was trying to calm them down.

Ze smiled when he saw us walk up. "Hey you made it!"

I nodded. "Why wouldn't we?"

Nick shrugged. "Eh, I'm just tired of standing here when I can sleep in there." He pointed to the location of the warehouse, where you can already hear the booming music from inside.

I think everyone gulped with some form of nervousness before entering the warehouse. "Welcome guys!" Some guy that was friends with James slurred to say while trying to support himself on the wall.

We all had the right idea of running past him immediately, making Seamus and Ze grip both of my arms tightly while Eddie held Natalie's arm tightly. Seems like us girls do have to worry about some idiot men that would be here at this party.

"Alright, do whatever you want." Eddie told us, walking off to grab something to eat with Natalie and Nick.

Ze saw some friends from his Physics class and walked off to talk to them more, while Jakey ran over to a corner to watch the party from a distance with Kevin right next to him. So it only left me and Seamus in the middle of a giant warehouse, or where we were standing, a giant dance floor.

Seamus looked at me worriedly, his plans feeling sweaty upon my arm. "Do you, um, want to d-dance?" He asked me.

I didn't even have to think about my answer. "Yes."

He grabbed my arms and pulled us closer to the crowds not dancing on their butts, but to the ones that are actually dancing. Seamus got us into the formal dancing position and instructed me to follow his movements. I tried to do so, but I kept on stepping on his feet or tripping. "Its ok if you're not good at this, I'm not the best dancer myself."

"But you're doing a lot better than I am." I pouted.

Seamus chuckled, which made me chuckle right after him. "Seems so."

Loud screeching could be heard from outside, with loud cheering and a flood of people leaving the house to see what was going on. "Should we check that out ourselves?" I asked Seamus.

Seamus nodded. "Yeah, sounds like some form of a drag race."

When Seamus was able to get us outside, I saw he was right about a drag race going on. Aleks was near a car, looking more sober than his competitors. I have a feeling about this, but I don't know if it would be bad or good.

"Alright!" Some other Senior called out to the crowd. "The race will start in Five! Four! Three! Two! One! GO!"

Everyone roared in cheer as the drivers started the race, trying their best to burn all the rubber off of their tires. Seamus was looking at different drivers every few moments, while I kept my eyes locked on Aleks' car.

He was winning, so it wasn't hard losing track of him. Just what happened next seemed to shake up everyone's world. Another car out of nowhere cut off Aleks and some other drivers, causing a giant collision.

Alek's car flew in the air, flipping over a few times before another car hit it into a tree. I didn't care about the other cars when I saw Aleks crash. I screamed loudly, not being able to hold onto the feelings that were inside of me now.

Seamus looked where my eyes were looking at in shock, holding on to me tightly to calm me down. This did not help as I pulled away from Seamus, wanting to see if Aleks was ok. When I was close to the crashed car he was in, it was completely ruined and with Aleks not in the driver's seat.

I looked around the area frantically, finally seeing Aleks' limp body near a tree. "ALEKS!" I screamed as I ran over to him, ignoring all the voices that were telling me to not approach him as I did so.

I didn't bother to see what damage he had or if he was alive as I used the tree to help him sit up. "Aleks." I said through my tear stained face. "Aleks, stay with me please. Don't go!" I kept on telling him.

His breathing was rough, only able to have one eye opened while his other eye was forced closed. Most of his body was coated in blood, his blood to be exact. "Elle, why are you here?" He said between his heavy breaths.

"Stay here, please." I begged.

Aleks was about to say something else when he closed his eyes and his chest lowered. "Aleks? What is it Aleks?" I asked him, seeing that was his last breath. "ALEKS! NO DON'T LEAVE US!" I cried, hugging him even though I would just stain my clothes as well.

Then, something else unbelievable happened.
