Third Person POV

Elle and Seamus are now happily together, while everyone else lived their now after high school lives. Elle is able to talk to Aleks in Heaven, finding out he will be able to come back to Earth soon to join them. James has partially become friends with Elle and everyone else, but they still question his trust.

Elle quickly discovered that her ability was to pick who goes to Heaven or Hell based on what they have done during their life. She found this useful as she, Seamus, Eddie, and James got jobs at the local funeral home.

---

"Elle! Here's the new body that is needed for a memorial later tonight." Seamus announced when he walked into the room with a coffin.

Elle causally walked over to the body, reading the name of the person. "Adam Dahlberg." She said aloud.

James and Eddie locked the door behind Seamus because no one knew of Elle's ability. Elle made her wings appear as they surrounded her and the body.

---

The body, Adam, opened his eyes quickly. He felt his chest for a heart beat, but nothing was heard. "Am I dead?" He said to the abyss around him.

"I am afraid so." Elle spoke up, appearing in front of Adam. "Hello Adam."

Adam was shocked that this woman knew his name. And the fact he was dead. "W-Where am I then?"

Elle smiled. "Well, you're about to either go to Heaven or Hell, based on how you were in life."

"How will we find that out?" Adam asked.

Elle floated over to him, feeling Adam's chest. It turned white as she read through parts of his life. "You had a lot of friends, I bet they will miss you." She said quietly.

Adam realized this and felt sadness within himself. "I'll miss them as well." He replied with a sad smile.

Elle smiled to Adam, reading more into his life. "You died of a heart attack? Poor thing, so young as well." She spoke again.

Adam nervously laughed. "I like butter on everything I ate! Seems like it got back to me."

Elle chuckled. "Well, you have had a good life. Hell would be the worst place for you to be, enjoy Heaven." Elle hugged Adan and kissed his cheek, her way of saying good luck and for Heaven to know she helped him come here.

Adam felt something near Elle's stomach, lightly kicking him. "Why did I feel your stomach move?" He finally spoke up.

Elle chuckled, showing her large stomach. "I may be expecting, but don't tell anyone, they might hear you." Elle pointed over to three figures behind her.

Adam was confused. "Why are they all different colors and blurry?"

Elle raised her eyebrows by Adam's question. "The white figure is Seamus, my lover, and he is human. The red figure is James, someone who must not know I'm expecting, and from a place under Earth. And the golden figure is Eddie, the person who revived me after I made some stupid choices in my past, an Immortal like me and you."

Adam smiled. "Oh."

Elle laughed. "They all say hello."

"Tell them I say hi."

Elle smiled again. "I think it's time for you to go, and when you go up there, find someone named Aleks and tell him I say hello." Elle ended their conversation by letting go of Adam's hands, making him fly up.

Adam was blinded by the light up ahead of him, but it soon turned into a dim gold when he reached the top. The gold light turned into a figure, greeting Adam. "Hello, Adam, I'm Aleks. Welcome to Heaven."

A/N: So, I finished two books in one weekend *high fives self* That deserves an achievement. The sappy final author's note will be in this chapter, once again, so lets get this started!

Thank you for reading this, I wouldn't have finished it if you didn't like it! The votes also show that you enjoy the book, as well as the comments I received. It's amazing to know that people like my writing when my friend doesn't want to read anything you write (sad face)

And the preview of the sequel will be right after I publish this. The name of the sequel *creature talk drum roll* Learn to Live and Forget! Yup, weird name like all of my other stories! Cause creativity is really demented like DHMIS shows it. (Hate those videos)

Anyways, thank you for enjoying Never Take That Second Chance, and I hope you will enjoy its sequel! But the sequel won't be out for a long time, sorry. Now I must go! BYE

PS: Wrote most of the epilogue in traffic while driving home from the beach, hahah
