"We need to be ssstronger to protect innocentsss, we know you don't like it but violence is necesssary sssometimesss."the symbiote whispered to Peter as Venom arrived home and entered in the window he let opened this morning.
"As long as violence is controlled and not lethal we agree" whispered back Peter, sitting down on his coach.
A symbiote tendril extended from Peter's right arm and brought back a beer from the fridge.
"Thanks buddy" said Peter, opening with one of his claw the can as his symbiote maw melted off his face to form an irregular collar around his neck, allowing him to drink.
"Now that we are fully bonded, there is a way to make your body and so ourssselves ssstronger."the symbiote said.
"How?" Peter asked, interested.
"When we were forcibly ssseparated from you and bonded to Eddie before, we grafted sssome of your DNA to him, thisss made him ssstronger than a normal human even ssseparated from usss"the symbiote whispered.
Peter could feel the pain of the symbiote at these not so pleasant memories.
"I remember" Peter said, the symbiote now also aware of Peter's anxiety when he first learned the symbiote was alive and sentient.
"When we bonded him we alssso copied sssome parts of his DNA, the one'sss related to his body's physical ssstructure. By grafting thisss DNA to your own, your human body will get the potential to become as ssstrong and powerful as Brock's were."the symbiote said enthusiastically.
"You mean I'll become like Brock ?" Peter asked, worried at the idea of looking like his former rival.
"No,we will only gain Eddie's endurance and physical abilities, that'sss all." The Other whispered back.
Peter thought about it for a moment and finally to trust his Other once again.
"Let's do this then" Peter said with confidence.
"We will take control of our body until tomorrow to make the necesssary changesss. We will wake you up tomorrow morning..."the Other said.
Peter let the Other covering his face before falling instantly unconscious. The Other took control of their body and went into Peter's room. Standing in the middle room, Venom started to form black webs to sustain him before putting himself in a cocoon and modify their body.
