Your POV

It all started summer of 2018.

"You don't have to go to this dance camp." Dad said. "It's an hour drive and you might not even like it. Plus people can be rude and-"

"Dad, I'll be fine." I reassured him.

"She's very responsible." My neighbor walked in. "She'll be fine."

"Thanks Aaron." I smiled.

"I know she'll be fine. It's just a fathers worry." Dad laughed it off.

Beep Beep!

"Cab is here." I said. "Bye Aaron."

"Bye, (y/n)." He said.

"I love you so much." Dad said giving me a tight hug.

"I love you too." I replied.

His hug got tighter and I could barley breath.

"Dad.. can't... breath." I chocked out.

"Oops, sorry." He said releasing me from the tight embrace.

"I love you sweety." My dad repeated.

"I love you too." I replied again.

"Your mother would be proud of you." He smiled sadly.

"I miss her." I stared to tear up.

"Come here." He said and I gave him another hug. "I know she's watching down on you from above."

We let go and I said goodbye one more time. I then got into the cab and waved to them. When we were out of sight my dad and Aaron finally went inside.

Luckily, I had my boxes already in the living room a week or so ago so I had nothing big to bring. All I had was just a backpack full of the necessities. Like, my computer, chargers, a few feminine products and a few more pairs of clothes and shoes.

Ahhhhh, I'm so excited!

"Why did you come here?" I heard a high pitched voice say rudely.

I immediately turned my head to see what was going on.

"I came here because I enjoy to dance." A girl with black hair and hazel eyes said. "I'm sure that's the reason you came too."

"I came because I'm actually good at dance." The pink haired girl said. "Unlike you."

I walked over.

"What's going on here?" I asked stepping in front of the black haired girl.

"None of your business, twerp." She insulted.

"Twerp?" I asked.

"Get out of my face!" She ordered.

"N-No." I stuttered.

She pushed me to the side.

"This wasn't your business to begin with!" She said angrily.

"It actually is. You're picking on my friend and I don't like it." I said sharply.

Friend? You don't even know this girl, (y/n).

"Come Ivy, we should go set up our room." A girl with blue eyes, pale skin, and brown hair said.

"Yeah she's not worth our- I mean your time." A dark skinned, brown eyed girl said.

"Hmph, fine. Lily, Alex, lets go!" She ordered and they left.
