Chapter 1- Introductions

Your POV

"Are you guys ready?" I asked ready to leave.

"Yup, were right here!" Aphmau smiled.

"Then lets go! I don't wanna be late because the three of you!" I joked.

We started to walk to class.

"It's not our fault you woke us up 5 minutes late." Katelyn blamed.

"Well it's Kawaii~Chan's fault!"

"How is it Kawaii~Chan's fault?" Kawaii~Chan asked innocently.

"Because you woke up at five this morning!"

"So?" Kawaii~Chan said innocently once again.

"We didn't have to be awake until 8!" I exclaimed.

"Yeah, Kawaii~Chan that was a bit ridiculous." Aphmau agreed.

"A bit?" I said angrily. "I hate mornings!"

"You and me both, (y/n). You and me both,
(y/n)." Katelyn repeated.

"I don't like the process of waking up." Aphmau commented.

"I think that's the worst part of the morning." Katelyn complained.

"I hate mornings in general." I said miserably.

"(Y/n) you're gonna-" Aphmau started.

I ran into someone and fell on my butt.

"You really don't pay attention, do you?" Laurence teased. "That's the second time you've bumped into me."

"U-Uh, sorry." I blushed.

"You blush and stutter a lot." He pointed out.

"Sorry." I apologized.

"And you apologize a lot." Laurence extended a hand.

"S-" I stopped myself and took his hand.

He pulled me up and said quickly, "You want to apologize again, don't you?"

"Yes, very much so!" I said quickly with a nervous tone.

"Heh, that's cute." He flirted.

"What?" I questioned.

"Hey, Laurence! Who are these people?" A blonde haired, blue eyed male said walking up behind him.

Following him was Travis and another boy with midnight blue hair and matching blue eyes.

"These are my friends." Laurence said pointing to the four of us.

At least we're something, I thought.

"Oh, I remember you." Travis said coming closer to me.

"Uhhhh." I backed away.

"Stay away from her." Katelyn threatened.

"Did it hurt?" Travis asked.

"Did what hurt?" She asked confused.

"When you you fell from heaven." He smirked.

"Haha, how about you? Did it hurt?" Katelyn fake laughed.

"Did what hurt?" He asked raising an eyebrow.

"When you dropped out of school and became an idiot." She said with a straight face.

Everyone bursted out laughing.

"Oh my Irene! Oh my Irene!" Aphmau said in between laughs.

"Katelyn~Sama!" Kawaii~chan exclaimed.

"That was hilarious!" I said wiping a tear out of my eye.

The bell rang.

"Oh my Irene!" Aphmau said.

"What?" Laurence said.

"We're late!" I said nervously.

"No, that was the five minute bell." Laurence reassured me.

"Oh thank Irene!" Aphmau and I said in relief.

"Everyone should introduce themselves!" Kawaii~Chan said happily. "I'm Kawaii~Chan!"

"I'm Garroth." The blonde haired boy said.

"I'm Dante." The blue haired boy said.

"I'm Katelyn." Katelyn said nonchalantly.

"I'm Aphmau!" Aphmau said with a bright smile.

"I'm Laurence." Laurence smirked.

"I'm Travis." Travis eyeballed Katelyn.

"I can still hit you." She warned.

He squealed and hid behind Laurence.

Everyone then looked at me.

"O-Oh, I'm (y/n)." I said awkwardly.

"We should go now." Aphmau suggested. "If we don't go now, we will for sure be late."

"Yeah." Laurence agreed.

Laurence then looked at Aphmau in a way that was more than a friend.

I got a burning sensation in my chest. What was it? Anger? No. Sadness? Kinda. Jealousy? Yeah.

"You coming?" Aphmau asked pulling me out of this thought.

"Yeah." I shook away this thought.

What if they become something? What'll I be? Will I just be one of his 'friends'?
