I was bored and thought I would update my fanfiction. I grabbed my laptop and strawberry flavored candies from my desk and sat on my bed. I opened my laptop and waited for it to turn on, so I gabbed a strawberry candy and plopped it into my mouth. I hadn't had one of these since I was young and they tasted better then I remembered.
As soon as I got done writing, I decided I would head to the woods behind my house. I loved the woods, and they were my inspiration for everything including my songs. I slowly walked down my cream colored stairs trying not to get caught sneaking out at 11:30 at night.
"Crap" I muttered as one of the stairs squeaked loudly. See the thing about my parents was if they hear the slightest noise they will wake up.
"(Y/N) why are you up so late" my mom asked. "Oh... Umm, I was thirsty so I'm going to get some water" I said with my best sleepy voice. My mom nodded and went back to her room closing the door ever so quietly. What my parents didn't know was I was always up past 11:30. I also wasn't lying. I was thirsty or I would be anyway. So I grabbed a water bottle and filled it up with some water and went over to the kitchen table were I had set a bag with a sweatshirt, some pencils, a notebook, my phone and grabbed the bag.
I slowly headed out the back door of the house until I was fully outside, still trying my best not to make any noise and when I was far enough I could make all the noise I wanted to.
As I got farther into the woods, I started to know were I was more. I could see the markings I had made with my pocket knife that was also buried under the things in my bag. I had gotten the knife when I turned seven from my grandpa who used to bring me into the woods and tell me stories of the werewolves and vampires and other mythical creature who hid here. But that was when I was younger and believed in that kind of thing and that was when my grandpa was still alive.
I kept walking until I came up to a giant hollowed out tree. I loved this spot.
"Hello?" Someone called out. I almost screamed.
