After the Nexo Knights successfully defeated Monstrux and the stone monsters, Knighton finally experiences peace.

Clay is cured from his curse. Sometime later, he resigned from his position as a swordsmanship instructor at the Knights' Academy's and disappeared. Ava attempted to track him down, but was unfortunately unable to pin point his exact location.

Jestro became good again. Merlok 2.0 cast a spell upon him so that he would never turn to evil again, even if he attempted to or was provoked by someone to.

Monstrux was gone for good. There has been no trace of him in the kingdom. Ava and Merlok made sure of it when they scanned Knighton and the surrounding areas for him, but found no sign of him.

The knights, went back to their previous routines: Aaron resumed his career as a kingdom athlete; Lance focused on being a celebrity and public figure; Axl continued his role in the kitchen as a master chef.

Macy still wanted to be a knight, even though she knew that a princess' job is never done. Her parents, King and Queen Halbert, decided that they would step down from the throne by the end of that year to let Macy take their place as the heir of the throne and rule the kingdom. Macy was anxious but also knew that she was ready for the job. She gladly accepted the fact that she had to rule the kingdom.

Now she has a lot to do on her schedule as a princess, and nothing can ever distract her from it, not even love.

Or can it?

In a kingdom somewhere far from Knighton, lived Nicholas Thomas Wayne. One day, his father told them all about their family business and 'secret'. Soon, he became the new Robin, Batman's sidekick.

Aside from crime fighting, Nicholas had a simple job to do, and that was to study hard and become a doctor (per his father's wishes) or take up business so that he could take over WayneCorp—his family's large company—one day and most importantly stay out of trouble.

Well, that went well, didn't it?

One fine day he and his sister happened to walk down an alleyway after school back home to the manor because he thought that Alfred Pennyworth, the family's personal butler slash grandfather figure, had forgotten to fetch him and his sister up when in truth his father came to fetch them up instead.

Let's just say, a guy 'kidnapped' them, threw them into his black van, placed them in a secure warehouse, and left Nick and his sister to fend for themselves there.

Thankfully, they were able to find a way out of the warehouse in less than 30 seconds and saved themselves.

Turns out, that 'save yourselves' scenario was actually a training simulation for agents to train themselves to escape quickly in times of distress.

Then he saw that their uncle, Chris Thomas, had been the one to kidnap them so that he could recruit them 'to be government spies,' he said.

They didn't turn him down, and now, Nicholas had an additional job to do.

Three jobs: crime-fighting caped heroes, government spies, and just a young adult trying to live a normal life (or at least pretending to). Can, he manage it?

What happens when true love and fake love gets in the way with misunderstandings and the truth?

Hey, smilessparklessalt here~

I deeply and sincerely apologise if  you, dear reader, find this book cringy.

This was written by 12-year-old me and 15-year-old me decided to edit this only three years later after reading and getting inspired by so many webtoons (digital comics mostly made by Korean artists. They're so addictive and the art is just tip top).

I edited out all of the immature nonsense and replaced it with immature drama.

Sometimes, you might find a notification saying that I've updated (for once) but to tell you the truth, those are the chapters which I have edited (or re-edited).

These changes occur so that I can make the upcoming chapters (in the works. I have tons of exams ;-; Bear with me, people) more interesting and to expand to the plot of the entire book.

I do hope that you all understand. Happy readings!
