Out of sight, out of mind
Out of time to decide
D

o we run? Should I hide

For the rest of my life

Luke was having a hard time trying to comprehend who he just found in his bed with his husband. Someone he thought he could trust, but never really spoke to. Seen him once or twice, maybe talked here and there but now.. Now he was so much more farther away than being called a friend.

Can we fly? Do I stay?
We could lose we could fail
In the moment it takes
To make plans, or mistakes

Just when he had thought things were getting better in life, this had to happen to him. What exactly did he do to make Evan do this to him though? All he had done was love him and give him everything. A beautiful home, kids, a car, clothing, jewelry.. And all Luke got.. Was a cold shoulder and divoce papers.

30 minutes the blink of an eye
30 minutes to alter our lives
30 minutes to make up my mind
30 minutes to finally decide
30 minutes to whisper your name
30 minutes to shoulder the blame
30 minutes of bliss, 30 lies
30 minutes to finally decide

He stood there with a 44 Magnum Chrome finished Desert Eagle in one hand with a simple kitchen knife in the other. What was he suppose to do in this situation? How could Evan do such a thing? Their kids haven't even turned into teenagers yet and he's decided to cheat on Luke. But he would make both of them pay for the heartbreak of himself and his children.

Carousels in the sky
That we shape with our eyes
Under shade silhouettes casting
shade crying rain

Luke remembers back when they were just a decade younger. Laying in the grass and holding each others hand while pointing to the sky and seeing the shapes in clouds. Those were the days were they could kiss one another and want more after. Of course Luke never knew their love was dying, this was a cruel way to figure it out as well. Oh but it's the least of the problems.

Can we fly do I stay
We could lose, we could fail
Either way, options change
chances fail, Trains derail.

Now the man had to pick between the knife and the gun. Which one would leave them with a scar more? Because Luke's heart was already bleeding with hate. Scars were the only thing to decipher him now. All that was left were deep Russian lies leaving his lips. He would never forgive Evan.

30 minutes, a blink of an eye
30 minutes to all of our life's
30 minutes to make up my mind
30 minutes to finally decide
30 minutes to whisper your name
30 minutes to show her the blame
30 minutes of bliss, 30 lies
30 minutes to finally decide

To decide, to decide to decide to decide

The man left with his son and daughter. Never to return of the place they once called home. As much as Luke wanted to kill them both, he didn't. He simply left the weapons on the counter and a note that said "I gave myself a choice. Desert Eagle or this fucking kitchen knife..which one would end your lives faster than my love for you. Think about it. I could've easily had done it but now you'll just watch them grow up without you. Don't come looking. We're far from here. You'll never find us."

Luke planned to go back home. Russia. Raise his kids there without Evan ever finding them. He had w chance and proved himself unworthy of having a family in Luke's eyes. If anything, they were royal family now. Luke never told Evan he was a prince who fled to America in hopes of finding someone who can rule happily among his parents people. Evan was that person. But it only gave Luke 30 minutes to decide if he was with bringing back home.
