It looked over at Lauren's chair. She was smiling as she waited for the singer to sing. Today's the Blinds. I looked towards the audience and listened closely.

"And all I remember is your back, walking towards the airport, leaving us in your past," the girl sang. She sang with so much emotion and power. It made me feel things. I pressed my button. I gave the girl a once over and smiled. I looked at Lauren ad smiled at her. Alicia looked at me and I nodded.

"I travelled fifteen hundred miles to see you," the young girl belted out. Lauren pressed her button. She turned around, smiling at the girl. Yet, the girl still wasn't smiling. She's obviously singing this song for a reason. I felt all the emotion she put into it.

"I begged you to want me but you didn't want to," she sang.

Alicia gave me a look as if asking if she should do it. I nodded and smiled. I looked at Lauren and we shared a smile.

"But piece by piece he collected me up
Off the ground, where you abandoned things
Piece by piece he restores my faith
That a man can be kind
And a father could stay," she sang

Alicia pressed her button.

"But piece by piece I fell far from the tree," she rasped.

"I will never leave her like you left me
And she will never have to wonder her worth
Because unlike you I will put her first and you know
He'll never walk away
He'll never break you heart," she sang, getting louder and more powerful per line.

Adam turned.

"He'll take care of things, he'll love her
Piece by piece he restored my faith
That a man could be kind
And a father could stay," she finished.

Lauren, Alica and I gave the girl standing ovations. Once the crowd died down, we all sat down. I was the first to ask.

"First of all, what is your name, how old are you and where are you from, oh my God!" I exclaimed.

"I'm Camila Cabello, I'm 18 and I'm from Miami, Florida," she answered.

"AYE!" Lauren exclaimed and threw her hands up.

"Hush, Lauren," I said.

"Ooooh, you might want to tone that down, you might be sleeping on the couch tonight," Adam retorted. I shook my head and smiled at the girl.

"Calm down, children," Alicia said.

"The emotion you put into that song, wow! Your heart was on your sleeve and you just sang and gave your all. I'm honestly in love. I was mesmerized by your body and how you sang and-" I got cut off by Lauren.

"Excuse me? You were mesmerized by her body? Excuse me, I'm your girlfriend and I'm right here!" Lauren complained.

"Wait, no, I just-ugh!" I tried to explain.

"Sleeping on the couch tonight," Adam sang.

"Shut up, Waldo," I said.

"Anyways, as I was saying, who hurt you, Camila? Why are you so sad? The emotion in there felt so real. What happened?" I asked the girl.

"Uhm, when I was sixteen I came out to my parents and they, uhm, they disowned me," Camila admitted.

I instantly stood up and went up there to hug her. "Are you fine now, though?" I asked while I was hugging her. She shook her head no.

"Aww, it's going to be alright, baby," I told her and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek.

"Again, hi, I'm Lauren, your girlfriend! What was that?" Lauren complained in a high pitched voice.
