Folklore describes The Winged as mythical entities existing amongst men, fated to protect humanity from all evil. Deemed to have powers such as telepathy, telekinesis, flight, element control and adaptation claims have also been made of them being capable of tinkering with matter itself. Lore is vague about the rest of their powers but only a single Winged is rumored to exist on the planet at a time as the raw power vested within them is enough to tarnish the fiber of space and time.
