The Weasley twins Fred and George had painted Louisiana Nostrade's dull and grey life.
With the twins putting so much color in her life, she realized that she has been painted with so much by one of the twins.
The name 'Nostrade' is as famous as 'The Boy Who Lived', not because the 'Nostrade' killed a powerful dark wizard but they are direct descendants of Merlin. The descendants that received the magic of their patriarch.
When Merlin's wife gave brith to their only child, he gave his powerful magic to their little daughter, for her own protection and his future kin. The prowess as a Seer, Legilimens, Creature Communicator, Occlumens, Enchantress and other skills that are yet to be discovered, but these are only to be inherited by the chosen female child in the current generation.
If Harry Potter is the Chosen One of You-Know-Who then Louisiana Nostrade is the Chosen One of Merlin.
