Once Yoongi finally woke up he and Jimin were brought down to the NICU. Both men broke down into tears when they saw their tiny baby girl in an incubator with various cords and tubes attached to her.

She looked like a little doll.

Even though Yoongi was crying too and had just had an operation, he felt the need to try to comfort the younger who audibly sobbed.

"Hey, Jimin?" Yoongi said, wiping his own tears and reaching up to rub his husband's back soothingly. "I grew a mini you."

"Huh?"

"She looks entirely like you." Yoongi smiled. Their daughter didn't have any features of Yoongi. She even had Jimin's short fingers and plump lips. "Looking back now, Jihyun is a good mix of us. But I think you cloned yourself and changed the gender and put it in me to grow." He giggled. They had always had fun seeing babies that either came out looking more like their mother or father. Like the resemblance between Taehyung and Kyungsan was clear as day. The only difference was Kyungsan has Jungkook's eyes and jaw. But Minyoung, as far as they can tell, has nothing of Yoongi's.

A nurse dressed in pink scrubs walked up to them and spoke with a soft, soothing voice.

"Mr. Min, I'm not sure if you've been told yet. But we have a thing we like the parents to do called 'kangaroo care.' In this we have you come to here and we have you lay the baby on your chest. Skin-to-skin contact helps them thrive and also bond with their parents." She explains using her hands to gesture how they place the baby on them. Yoongi nods at her in understanding while Jimin can barely take his eyes off of their baby. "Have you gotten to hold her yet?" The question makes Yoongi feels nauseous. She's out in the world and he has not even held his baby in his arms yet.

"N-no..."

"Would you like to?" She asks with a smile like she already knows the answer. Yoongi nods immediately. "We're going to bring you to a private room." One nurse wheels Yoongi to a room not far down the hall with Jimin following at his side. They help Yoongi into a more comfortable chair that can recline. Soon the other nurse is wheeling in the incubator. Yoongi watches anxiously as they get ready to take the baby out of it.

"Here, babe, let me help you." Jimin says and gently undoes the buttons on the shoulders of Yoongi's hospital gown. He blushes a bit because there are two nurses in the room and pregnancy changed his body, obviously even effecting his chest. He keeps the top part up until they are lifting his baby out of the incubator. He's so ready to hold her, his modesty leaves as he reaches out and let's the gown fall. She's crying loudly as the cold air hits her skin and she isn't happy about it. They hand her over to him and he cuddles her to his chest. They cover Minyoung with a blanket that also helps cover Yoongi.

She quiets a little, only letting out a few cries, but is too comforted by her father's body heat to do much more. Suddenly she makes the cutest little coo and that's a breaking point. Yoongi bursts into silent sobs. Holding her closer and pressing a kiss to her dark hair. The nurses take their leave so the parents can be alone with their newborn.

"Hey..." Jimin says gently and kisses Yoongi's cheek as he places a hand over the raven's that holds their daughter. "She'll be okay. I promise."

"I just want to take her home." He says and sniffles, trying to calm himself down as Jimin hugs his head to his chest for a moment before leaning down to kiss his lips. Minyoung wriggles in Yoongi's hold and coos. "I'm sorry, I'm keeping you awake, aren't I?" He sniffs again, but laughs softly this time. He holds her for a little over and hour or so. He doesn't want to breastfeed, but it turns out he couldn't since she wouldn't even suckle on the bottle they tried to give her. So in goes yet another tube. It was good to see that her lungs were doing as well as they were. Immediately after they took her away from Yoongi she started screaming. The cry made him nervous but the nurses giggled.
