Cassidy scrunched up her nose, fingers flying over her holographic keyboard and eyes narrowed at the holo-screen.
Prussia got a bit dizzy at all the mumbo-jumbo appearing on the redhead's screen and was now snoring on the couch. Germany was reading the woman's neatly organised paperwork, trying to get a feel of what she does for a living. America was still gaping at the advanced technology embedded in an old house. Canada had gone to buy themselves food, it was supposed to be America but the others deemed him to be 'easily distracted' and would likely just get them all junk food. England was in time out, having tried to cook but had burned most of the kitchen. Greece was in a cat pile on the floor. Hungary was on the couch, watching the news.
Silence had reigned over them.
For the first few hours, at least, until Prussia awoke and Canada arrived with the groceries. The room exploded with more activity as everyone, save for Cassidy who was still typing away, grabbing at a grocery bag.
"Don't let England in the kitchen if you want edible food! America too, if you don't want greasy food!" Germany ordered, already spreading out the ingredients needed for their meal, while Hungary closed the door leading to the kitchen.

"Well, isn't this a sight for sore eyes," China mused as he took in the sights of New Tondo with signages written in baybayin. "Thanks," Philippines said, beaming a proud smile.
"Your mother would've been proud, seeing you obtain the freedom and culture she had wanted you to inherit from her," the older nation continued, hands behind his back and still looking around as they walked down the city.
Philippines kept silent, still unsure how to properly react or respond to that sentiment, because how exactly do you respond to a statement regarding the late mother you barely knew when you meant the world and more to her?

An obnoxious ringing resounded throughout the open-air country villa, making it seem louder than it actually is. It's a good thing the villa's nestled in rural, and nestled far away from urban civilization.
"I'll get it!" Italy proclaimed, already running towards the source of the sound. Romano clicked his tongue, annoyed that his little brother beat him to it, and went back to picking tomatos from their yard.
The younger brunette came bounding back outside a few minutes later, a bright grin plastered on his face.
"Ne~! Hungary will be visiting us soon!" he excitedly announced, arms spread wide and open. The older twin just grunted in affirmation, as lifted a big woven basket of tomatoes, but one could tell that he was pleased in getting visitors and seeing another human aside from him and his brother.

Australia yawned and propped his feet up on his desk, effectively ignoring the paperwork on said desk. A frown stuck itself on the normally cheerful face of the Australian, bothered by the fact that there seemed to be no word from his European brother concerning situation about The Wall.
The Wall seemed to be what the people have opted to call the humongous barrier the Asians have installed and erected. Granted, it really did have a name albeit one that was longer and would seem tiring to say it's complete name every time someone would want to mention it.
His musings were interrupted when a secretary burst into the room. "Encrypted message from the Crown, Sir," he announced, handing the other man a flashdrive.
Australia thanked him then bid him goodbye.
His eyes widened when he read the encrypted content. He leaned back on his chair after he finished reading.
"Are they fricking serious."

Henlooo, here is your long-awaited update and I am sorry for it but it was a rollercoaster of schoolwork and exams! Can I hear a cheer from the people at the back??
This was supposed to be uploaded a few days ago but wifi has been wonky and it was my dad's 40th day on Oct. 29 🙂 and I've been sick since then huhu. I also hope you were able to visit your departed loved ones. ❤️
I actually had a hard time putting this together because, as you all know, my dad had cancer but he died on Sept 20 in the hospital. So, I'm still not really put together so I apologize for any flaws in this. 😔
