What is a 'tag'?

I see all these pubescent children doing it and I want to follow them even though I'm a mature woman.

So I will try to attempt this after I was tagged by lattepokpok and CousinCringe.

I was born on a 67 degree day on October 1st, where the wind was blowing the leaves off the tree. My mother(may God bless her soul) always told me I had a wonderful head of brown hair and my eyes were as bright as my future. My eyes are a beautiful shade of brown.

Throughout school, I was always a trouble maker. I always got detention that is, until I rediscovered my Christian religion and made me strive to please the higher powers.

As I was studying Biblical Languages at my college, I met my friends, Janice and Mary-Sue at Bible Camp.

Mary-Sue, who was a music major, wanted to start her own heavy jazz band. I quickly agreed and presented my ability to be a leaf tambourinist.

What is that, you may ask?

It is an instrument I had learned at Christian Boot Camp in the summer of my freshman year of high school.

Mary-Sue and Janice both played the trombone and that required us to pick up more members.

If I remember their names correctly, Gwen, Shirley, Elenor and Patricia were all equally excited to join our band. Sadly, we soon found out that Shirley was pregnant and could not keep up with us. We said goodbye and found Lisa. Her heavy jazz band broke up a day before and she was looking to join another.

After a long time, we made the name, The Glitter Fringe and we saved enough money to go to the local jazz club to have our first concert.

It was there that I spotted the love of my life. He had a look of absolute horror when I was on the stage, but he was just so scared to look at such powerful women.

Mary-Sue, being my elder by three days, convinced me to go and talk to that handsome man.

I learned his name was Ricky D. Jones and he was in town lecturing people about the effects of drugs. He too, was a Christian and I instantly fell in love.
