"Hello," Eriexia replied, "how may we help you?" The fire-bird smiled and transformed into a girl about with ruby red hair and honey brown skin, "My name Aqua. I come to you in need your help."...
Luke sat down next to Cat. "Hey."
Cat looked up from the book she was reading. "Oh, hey."
"OK, class settle down. I don't want to be handing out detentions today." The arithmetic teacher shouted.
"Someone's in a bad mood." Luke whispered to Cat. They burst into quite laughter.
"Miss Treasure! Mr Budd! Is there something you would like to share with the rest of us"
"No, Mr Longman" Luke and Cat replied in unison.
"So, there is no reason to be laughing. Is there?"
"No, Sir."
"Don't disrupt the class again. Am I clear?"
"Yes, Sir."
"Now back to the lesson..." Mr Longman continued to teach the class about linear and quadratic equations. Luke leaned over Cat's shoulder and whispered into her ear, "He should really take a couple of chill pills." Cat smiled. From the other side of the room, Alexa glared angrily at her.
"What's up with Justin and Yazmin?" Luke whispered to Cat as they completed the task their teacher had set them. Cat smiled. Luke frowned, "Stop it. I'm being serious here. They're like a danger zone."
"I would tell you but this really isn't the place."
"How 'bout lunch in the art rooms."
"Are we allowed?"
"Yeah as long as you're doing some art work. And whilst we're there, you can draw another portrait of me. I don't particularly like being grey."
Cat thought for a while, "OK, but you're gonna have to demonstrate your art skills."
Luke smiled, "Great! I'll see you there."
"Hello, how may we help you?" Eriexia replied. Smiling, the fire-bird transformed into a girl about with ruby red hair and honey brown skin, "My name Aqua. I come to you in search of help."...
Cat found Luke in front of the art rooms. The art rooms were a set of rooms in a large building that had been added on to their school. There were three floors to the building, each dedicated to something different. The ground floor was for sculpting, the first floor for painting and the last for sketching and working with colouring pencils, chalk and oil pastels and doing small scale painting. Each department had a main room were lessons were taught, and smaller rooms, were students worked with a partner, completing the task set using the skills they had learned in the main room.
"Hi." She cheerfully greeted him.
"What are you so happy about?" Luke asked with a smirk. He was in denim chinos, a grey tight fitting t-shirty that showed off his abs and grey canvas shoes. Cat flashed him a film star smile.
"Oh gosh!" Luke exclaimed sheilding his eyes from the light that reflected off of Cat's derfectly whtie teeth, "Ok. Fine, I'm happy too. Can you just...?"
Cat laughed, grabbed his hand dragged him to one of the small rooms on the last floor. They dumped their bag behind the door and sat on the chairs by the table in the middle of the room.
"So..." Luke began as Cat took out her sketchbook, tore out a page and handed it over to him.
"So what?" Cat replied, drawing the outline of Luke's face. Luke took a pencil from the pencil pot in the middle of the desk and began to draw Eriexia's face, "Justin and Yazmin." He replied.
"Oh! Right! Yaz and Jus. Well they..."
"Hey Lukey!" Alexa exclaimed as she burst into the room, stopping Cat mid sentence.
