Kaia

"Abel!" I whine. "When are we going to leave?"

We're currently at the club with Lamar, Hawk, Hyghly, Cash, Dooly and Henny, who are all high and drunk.

We've been here for the past four hours and I'm really tired right now. I just want to crawl up and sleep.

"Soon," Abel mutters, not even bothering to look me in the eye, since he's too invested in scrolling through Instagram.

Sighing, I get up, but feel myself being pulled back. I turn to look at Abel, eyebrows raised.

"Where are you going?" he wants to know, glaring at me.

"I'm just going to the bathroom;" I tell him, shrugging.

"Oh." Abel nods and lets go of my arm and goes back to looking at his phone.

I walk towards the bathroom. It's full of girls laughing and chatting and doing their make up. I walk in further, looking into the cubicles to find the cleanest one.

One girl is on the floor, hurled over a toilet as she vomits. How hygienic.

The urge to piss suddenly disappears at the sight of her and I quickly turn on my heel and rush out the bathroom as quickly as I can. There's no way I could be able to go in that unhygienic place anyway.

Instead of walking back to Abel - who will just ignore me - I decide to walk over to the bar.

"Hey, can I have a gin and tonic, please?" I ask the bartender, who nods and busies himself with making my drink.

"Gin and tonic, huh?" a male voice says from beside me.

I twist my head to the side to look at him, scrunching my eyebrows together. He's very good looking with his light brown skin and green eyes. If I wasn't with Abel, I'm sure I'd be flirting with him.

"Um, yeah," I say now. "Is something wrong with that?"

The guy laughs, revealing dimples. Damn, he's really cute. "No," he says, shaking his head. "I was just . . . I couldn't think of a good way to talk to you, so I just came up with that." He gets up from his seat and plops down on the one right beside me.

I grin at him, finding him completely adorable. "Cute," I comment and he chuckles.

"I'm Chase," he says, holding out a hand for me to shake.

I take it, smiling. His hand is really soft. "Nice to meet you, Chase," I say politely. "I'm Kaia."

"That's a beautiful name," Chase compliments.

I take a sip out of my gin and tonic. "Thank you," I say, feeling my cheeks heat up from his compliment.

"So, I'm curious," Chase says, taking a sip out of his drink. "A beautiful girl wouldn't be here all alone, do you have a boyfriend?"

I open my mouth to speak, but I'm interrupted by someone, causing me to jump out of my skin.

"Actually she does," I hear Abel say from behind me. Mine and Chase's heads snap to the side to look at Abel. "Me." He stares down Chase, who looks from Abel to me. "So I suggest you leave my girl the fuck alone before something happens."

Without saying a word, Chase gets up and walks away and Abel sits down beside me, eyes burning into me. I look away and take a sip out of my drink nervously. "What the fuck are you doing?" Abel snaps.

Gulping, I turn to look at him. "Nothing," I say, shaking my head.

Abel's eyes flash with anger. "Really?" he hisses. "Because it seemed like you were flirting with him."

"I wasn't!" I protest, and then bite my tongue. Abel hates it when I raise my voice.

"Well, if you wasn't, he clearly was and you were encouraging it," Abel scolds, glaring at me.

I look down at my lap. "I'm sorry," I say quietly.

Abel puts his finger under my chin and lifts it up, forcing me to look into his eyes. "You'll be sorry when we get home," he says darkly, a smirk on his lips.

My heart starts pounding against my chest and my throat goes dry. "Please don't punish me," I whisper.

Abel chuckles wickedly under his breath. He moves his hand away from my chin and starts brushing my short brown hair to the side, causing me to shudder. "It's too late for apologies," he states in a bored tone. "Let's go."

"I haven't finished my drink," I mumble, not looking him in the eye.

Without saying a word, Abel snatches up my drink and downs it in one go. "There!" he growls, slamming it back down. "Now let's go!" He grabs my hand and holds onto it tightly, squeezing a little.

I twist my head to look at him and as if he feels I'm staring, he turns to look at me, eyes burning into mine. His mouth is twisted into a scowl and he looks away. I hate it when he's angry - the punishments are always the worst.

When we exit the club, Abel leads me towards his car. He opens the passenger door for me and I get in, feeling his angry eyes on me.

Abel gets in and starts the engine. I squirm at the anger that's radiating off him. He keeps his eyes on the road as he drives in the direction of our house.

"Slow down, baby," I say, scared that he's going to get us into an accident at the speed he's driving at. He ignores me and continues to go faster. "Baby, please!" I touch his shoulder, but he shrugs me off.

"How long have we been together?" Abel snaps, eyes still on the road.

"A year," I answer quietly.

"And you want to go and flirt with the first bitch you find?" Abel shouts, his lous voice echoing in the car.

"I wasn't! " I exclaim.

"Don't you dare fucking raise your voice at me, Kaia!" Abel spits. "Or you're punishment will be twice as worse!" He starts smirking like a maniac.

I feel my blood run cold. If the punishment is twice as bad as what it normally is, then that means that I won't be up for a few days.

When we pull up outside the house, I climb out, taking in as much as the world as possible, since I probably won't be seeing it for a few days.

Abel starts walking towards the house and when he realises that I'm not behind him, he looks back. "Come on, then!" he snaps and then stands there, smirking. "Are you scared?" He walks towards me slowly, glaring. "You should be." He leans in close, his breath tickling my ear. "Just wait till we get inside," he whispers, causing a shudder to run through my body.
