*Mielle's POV*
It's Thursday and it's the beast's rest day, so it's my rest day also. I've been practicing real hard for the charity performance and I can't afford to rest. So kahit nandito ako sa bahay, nagpa-practice pa rin ako.
I played the music and started dancing again. Hindi ko na alam kung pang-ilang beses ko ng inulit ang sayaw na 'to for this day and gahd! It's just 9 in the morning!
"I thought you hate dancing?"
I stopped and faced Alexandrei. He's already in his school uniform and is about to go to school.
"I do hate dancing" I answered plainly.
Naupo sya sa couch and tinignan ako.
"Bakit ka pumayag?" he asked.
"It's for charity, Alexandrei. Kahit pa ayaw ko ang pagsasayaw as long as I can help by dancing, I will" I answered.
I hate dancing. Noong bata ako parehong kaliwa ang paa ko, wala sa timing ang galaw ko at hindi ko masabayan ang music but then the witch wanted me to dance so I did.
"You're good at dancing" he said.
"Lahat naman ay pwedeng pag-aralan. The witch wanted this, so I did. I studied dancing just to please her" I said without looking at him and started dancing again.
"The 'witch' is your mom, my aunt and my dad's sister" He said.
Naiinis sya pag tinatawag kong witch yung mom ko. tsh. Well in fact he doesn't even know the main reason why?
"I know" I said.
Natahimik kami and all I can hear is the music. I know that he's still here, pinapanood ako. I stopped dancing and sighed.
"Aren't you going to school?" I asked.
"Bakit ka nag-apply for being his secretary?" He asked.
I'm glad na nakatalikod ako, hindi nya nakita ang reaction kong gulat na gulat dahil sa tanong nya. I put up a plain expression and faced him.
"I didn't know that I applied for being his secretary. Ang alam ko sa council ako magwowork at hindi sa beast na yun" I lied.
Alex passed my application form just so we can start the 'business.'
"Bakit kailangan mong magwork?" He asked.
Naiinis na ako, ang dami nyang tanong.
"Bakit ang dami mong tanong?" I asked plainly.
