Tiago.
"What do you want?" I say aggressively.
"To stop hanging out with this boy, stop texting him and stop seeing him." He says in his angry voice.
"Why does it bothers you? You are nothing. Nothing but a monster." I whispered the last line.
It was then, came a whip on my back, I clenched my teeth tightly and held back the tears. He beat me so severly that I bled profusely. After some time, he got tired and went in his room.
I ran to my bathroom and turned the faucet on with the water running. Today, I just could not hold the tears back. I let them flowed like a waterfall letting all the pain of many years, flow freely.
I cried for a long time and I changed into my shirt applying medicine to my wounds and went into my balcony so that peace could surround me. A paper airplane hit my head. I opened it Had fun? I smiled at him as tears glistened and gave him a thumbs up.
I went inside my room, lied on my stomach in my bed and slept without any worries.

I woke up by Aunt Jenny. She was shaking me,"What is it?" I groaned.
"You are late. You should look at the time." I looked at my clock. It was 8:15. Oh shit!
I shoot up from my bed, rushed into the washroom changed into my usual clothes as quick as lightening. Ran downstairs, took an apple and rushed to the diner in a hurry. Caroline is going to kill me.
I reached there in less than 15 minutes. I was out of breath as I went inside. Caroline stood with her arms crossed. "Where were you?"
"I overslept." I said taking a deep breath.
She raised her eyebrows. "As this is the first time. I am leaving you." She said and I took a sigh of relief. "Now go to work." I wore my apron and continued my daily routine.

It was almost lunch time. One last order and I will have food. The last order was of Justin. He ordered coffee.
I served it to him and he handed me a napkin. I smiled sarcastically and raised a brow. I unfolded it the words were written in black ink. Lunch with me?
