Clayton and I entered the wonderful world of under the sea. The theme was Atlantis. And my dress was perfect. I kind of felt bad for the people who don't have matching dresses that go with the theme. I mean, they really should of told us, before hand. Blair was on the DJ table, a teacher was posted at the drinks table, and their were teacher supervisors on the dance floor. Plus about 300 people jumping up and down. There were streamers everywhere, blue and a sea green. The walls were covered in blue wall paper and there was a castle planted in the middle of the back wall.
The student class president was walking around, making sure everyone is having a good time. A remix of Issues By: Julia Micheals was playing, and everyone was dancing, well almost everyone. People sat at tables and others stood by the drinks table and snack table. It was pretty cool, watching Blair mix the beats and teachers watching the students just in case anyone was grinding or pouring alcohol in the drinks. All the students were dressed a little fancy, but it was cool.
I saw Silvia and Bianca siting at a table with Garret and Joey. I dragged Clayton behind me, shouting, "Hey!!"
They looked our way and smiled. Clayton and I made it over. "What are you guys sitting and waiting here for!?" I shouted, trying to get my voice over the music.
"We were waiting for you!" Silvia smiled, giving me a small hug.
"You didn't have too!!" I smiled at Garret's bored expression, with his hand holding his head.
"I told them that!" He shouted, scowling as Bianca leaned in and kissed his cheek.
"Thanks for waiting, but we should dance!" I grabbed Silvia's hands and we all walked to the dance floor.
We all strated dancing together, smiling and having fun. The Cupid shuffle came on and everyone lined up to the dance. Except for the people who thought they were too cool to do that. It was so much fun, then the song Do the Peter Pan came on. Silvia, Bianca, and I lined up together and stretched our arms, getting ready to do this. Ever since sophomore year, we always practiced this song's dance. Waiting for the perfect moment to show it off.
"Brush off all your shoulders, stomp your feet and clap your hands," The song started and we started to dance witht he music, a whole bunch of people gathering around, "turn around and kick it, can you do the runnin' man, slid to the left, tryina keep up with the dance, do the peter pan, do the- do the peter pan." We finished the song off with a back flip. And I kid you not, we all landed.
Everyone gathering around yelled an "Ay!!" We smiled and hugged each other, so happy that we pulled it off!!
"Princess! That was amazing!" Clayton wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me in for a kiss.
"Thanks." I blushed to the tips of my ears.
"Don't be so embarassed." He kissed my lips again.
"No!" I heard a shriek.
I was suddenly pulled apart from Clayton. My face was hit hard as I felt a stinging sensation on my cheek. I looked up to see Violet standing between me and Clayton. She turned around, trying to kiss Clayton, but I pulled her away.
"Oh hell no!!" I shouted.
Pushing her on the ground, I sat on her. I just sat right down on her. Everyone was laughing at Violet as she squirmed to get from under me. Clayton looked like he wanted to lie on the floor laugh. He was laughing hard, it was cute. I smiled like an idiot, still sitting on her. She totally deserved it though. Then a teacher pushed through the crowd, she pulled me off of Violet.
"What in the devil are you girls doing?!" She shouted.
"Nothing." We both crossed our arms and glared at each other.
