We turn onto an old road after 14 hours and 880 miles of highway. The land around us is mysterious and covered almost all the way in pine trees and fog. I'm not looking forward to this trip away from my home town in Minnesota.
"What's wrong?" My dad asks.
"...It's just I'm feeling kind of homesick." I say quietly.
"You'll get used to it here, trust me. This is where I grew up." The car starts to slow down and we reach an old dusty sign.
"Welcome to Baker Town Ohio- You'll never want to leave"
