"Hey.. you aren't supposed to be down here."

I here a voice say from behind me. I'm too focused on the board to even notice that Ben is the voice.

     "Annika,"

I turn around to see Ben. His eyes are slightly red and he seems mad.

"Care to explain why my dead mother is on this board?"

I reply, my voice clear and strong.

"Well, did you read the title?"

Ben says pointing one finger to 'The Mysteries Of Baker Town' and then again pointing to 'Murdered' My head is spinning and I can't think straight.

     "What's going on down here?"

Phoebes head peeks out from the bottom of the staircase and her body soon follows. No one says anything in reply and soon almost everybody from upstairs is standing behind Ben curiously looking me up and down.

     "Should we tell her?"

I don't think any explanation can clear the many thoughts I am having right now.

"Might as well, I mean she already saw the board."

     "You should sit down."

Ben says, so that is what I do.

     "What is going on?"

I say, my voice cracking. They all exchange looks and finally all eyes turn back to me.

"So, Jeremy is an undercover agent for the OPD."

     Ben says,

"Yeah. And he solves the murder mysteries that happen in Baker Town."

     Phoebe finishes.

     "And we all help him."

     Beatrice explains.

"Ok but why you guys? Why you especially?"

I say looking all of them down one by one.

"Because we have all been involved with a murder mystery in Baker Town. Like, my mom died here."

Rob exclaims, sadness in his voice.

"Why is my mom on your board then? She didn't die here."

I say with a strong uncertain voice. I walk up to the board and point to the picture of my dead mom in front of Sam's Soda cabin.

"Well then your family must be lying to you. She definitely did die here."

     Beatrice says sighing.

     "Wait.."

Rob walks up to the board, standing next to me.

     "That's my mom.."

He lifts his finger slowly to the same picture that my finger is on..
