Why he worries

Olivia's POV.

I walked onto the balcony and looked at carter who was just starring into space. "Hey carter what's wrong?" He didn't look at me."I thought Derek would be out of my life after high school, but I guess not." I looked at him with a sad expression on my face, I felt terrible that I brought Derek to the room.

"Carter I didn't know. I love you and if you don't want me seeing him I won't." Carter looked at me and smiled."I love you too babe. I'm sorry I'm so over protective but I just hate the thought of you and Derek together alone." I looked at him and could tell Derek did something in the past that hurt carter.

"Okay I won't see him. Oh and guess what?!" He grabbed my waist and got close enough to my face to where his lips brushed against mine. "I- I- i forgot" he smirked and kissed me before I could say anything els, I put my hands around his neck making the kiss deeper.

We went into the room and said goodnight to the boys. I decided to sleep with carter that night. We got into his room and changed. "Hey do you wanna watch a movie?" He asked while I pulled my hair into a pony tail.

"Sure, how about the conjuring or insidious?" He laughed and shook his head. "You are definitely not like other girls." I became as red as tomato and began to giggle. "Thanks carter now lets watch a movie." "You're so cute when you blush. Ill surprise you with the movie." He put in the movie and sat back on the bed.

"I think you're gonna like this babe." I smiled at him as he said this and just nodded. The movie began and I immediately realized it was the notebook. "Carter I hate you." He looked at me with a smirk.

"And why does my baby girl hate me?" I looked at him and smiled. "Because you put on one of the saddest movies." He laughed and kissed my cheek. I decided that this would be a good opportunity to ask about why he hated Derek so much.

"Baby can I ask you something?" I said with a baby voice. He looked at me and glared. "What do you want? You never use that cute baby voice on me." I giggled. "Why do you hate Derek?" His eyebrows scrunched and his smile faded and he sighed.

"He made my ex cheat on me, me and her dated for a year and I really cared about her but then she had sex with him."

Carter POV.
After I told her what Derek did her eyes became dark brown almost black and she balled her hands into a fist. I could tell she was mad and I needed to calm her down.

"Hey I don't care anymore I'm with you and it's the happiest I've ever been. I love you and I want to be with you and only you." I intertwined our fingers and kissed her for head. "Carter I'm sorry she hurt you and I'm sorry I ever brought up that ass whole." She was still angry but also sad.

I looked into her eyes and smiled. "Don't be it's ok I'm ok." She looked at me and her eyes turned back to a light brown and her faces relaxed. " I love you so much carter and I'm never gonna hurt you like that." She kissed me softly and smiled.

She sighed and I could tell something was bothering her." What's wrong?"
"Huh oh um nothing I'm fine just a little tiered." I could tell she was lying by her watery eyes. She went to get up but I stopped her. "Stop don't get up, what's wrong? Please tell me." I was begging at this point.

"It's nothing please let this go." She was whispering now, I felt bad but I couldn't let it go. "Please what's wrong I just want to help." A tear rolled down her cheek and she quickly wiped it away. "Carter I-I-I saw you cheat."

"Babe I nev-" "stop and watch this."
She showed me a vine that said carter kissed me. It was of me and this girl making out about 3 days ago. "Olivia I love you and she asked for it and she is a fan I couldn't say no. "Ok well I'm tiered so I'm going to take a shower." She looked like she was gonna cry.

"Babe you're already changed." "Uh yea I know I just want to shower."
