"Don't touch me! No!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. Two agents pulled her out of the pool of blood surrounding her body.
"C'mon baby girl, it's okay!" One agent spoke to her as he gripped her arm as tight as he could. He couldn't risk her getting out of his grip. The other agent grabbed the knife from her hand and dropped it on the ground. They bound her wrists in handcuffs right before she burst into a fit of tears instead of a fit of rage.
When they walked out of the tunnel, a towel was instantly wrapped around her body so the squad car wouldn't get covered in blood. The rest of the team was standing off watching was what happening. Prentiss placed her hand on Reid's shoulder and they started walking to the other black SUV that wasn't being occupied by a girl soaked in someone else's blood.
When they got back to the station, they tried for hours to get her to at least say her name and she wasn't saying anything. Hotchner and Morgan stepped out of the interrogation room. Hotchner was rubbing his forehead with his fingers.
"Hotch, I don't understand why this is our case." Morgan said as they stopped only a few feet away from the interrogation door.
"We need to know who she is." Hotch spoke seriously, looking at the other agent. "She might have just killed our unsub, and we won't know until we get the DNA test back."
"She won't say a word." Morgan spoke in defense. "This is wasting time."
"She won't talk because she's still covered in blood!" Reid spoke as he approached the two men. Morgan sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose, his thick brow furrowing. "Maybe she wouldn't be so hostile if she was in clean clothes." Reid spoke, slowly slipping his hands in the front pocket of his khaki pants.
"Reid, go get her cleaned up and after, you're talking to her." Hotchner spoke before turning and walking away. Reid sighed and turned to the door for the interrogation room.
"Where do I clean her up?" He whispered openly. Derek was still standing next to him. He placed his thick hand on Reid's small shoulder and spoke to him softly.
"The showers." Derek spoke before turning and walking away. He was probably headed back to the hotel with everyone else to get a decent nights sleep before they woke up only to be drowned by paperwork.
Jennifer walked up to Reid as he placed his hand on the door handle to the interrogation room. "I'm here if you need anything." She spoke to him. He nodded and mumbled out a few words to her. She nodded and walked away.
He pushed down the handle and opened the door. The girl sitting inside jerked her head to the opening door. When she saw who it was, she placed her head back on her knees that were pressed against her chest. When the door closed behind Reid, he put his hands in his front pockets once again. He cleared his throat and kept his voice quiet since he didn't want to startle her any more than the team already had.
"Um..." he spoke clearing his throat once again. He took a step closer to the chair that was sitting across from her. "Do...do you want to get cleaned up?" He asked shakily. He never had taken such an interest in a damsel before. He didn't know how to approach her, or how to act.
She lifted her head from her knees, looking at him. Blood splatter covered her face and her clothes were soaked with blood, none of it was hers. Her eyes were a misty blue, but they seemed so dark, death was hidden in them. He could feel the icy dead stare of someone who had gone through trauma such as hers. Her hair was matted to her scalp from the amount of blood coating the unnatural blonde strands. She hit a major artery which caused arterial spray from the throat. He died in seconds.
