"Kol?" Ella whispered under her breath. She knew it couldn't be him and that they were testing her. Yet the pain he was in nearly made her broken heart break more.

"Yes Es. Please- remove your hand." He struggled to talk.

"I would, but you're not Kol." Ella laughed and raised her eyebrows at Lux.

"You really think I'd fall for this bullshit excuse to bring my humanity back?" Ella thought for a moment and removed her hand licking the blood off of her hand.

She went towards Lux, no one dared to move. They knew Lux had tested Ella and failed.

"What if I told you there was a way to bring back your child?" She snapped at Ella,"Or give you the power of reproduction one time."

"I'm listening." Ella pressed her lips together and thought if she was fucking with her.

"I've been looking though Esters spell books. I've found a spell." She breathed as Ella brought her face close to Lux's. As if Ella was testing if she was going to break,"You don't have to have one now, just in all of the years you're alive you can. Just one time."

"You better not be lying." With that Ella sat zoomed back off.

"I think it worked. It actually might have worked." Stefan mumbled and Lux let out after a loud sigh after she knew Ella was gone.

"How did she see through your magic?" Damon snapped at Lux.

"She didn't. Kol was the reason her humanity was turned off." Klaus spoke up,"She asked me to compel her and I wouldn't."

"If you have, you could've told her to turn it back on whenever she got crazy. You didn't know her when she was with Kol. The horror stories. She was that nightmare that haunted in your bedroom. Yet she wore a simple smile with a Mikealson at arm." Damon began to yell at Klaus.

"I'm well aware of who she is." He said in a high powered all knowing tone. The sad part was Klaus was almost a mirror image of her. Yet he became more of a father figure for Hope and stopped being on the level him and Ella both shared of crazy.

"No you don't." Both brothers answered.

"For me to do this, you need your humanity back on." Lux said as she walked into the room Ella was in. Ella was sat on the bed.

"How about you do this and I'll see what I can do."

"That wasn't part of the deal." Lux snapped and Ella jumped up in her face. Ella had a hold on Luxs neck.

"I'll end you witch. Do it now or I'll get my own witch."

"I'm sick of you thinking you're so big and bad." Lux yelled out, making Ella fly across the room.

"We are doing this the hard way. I'm sorry Ella." Lux walked over to her and chanted a fast spell and before Ella could react she had her neck snapped.

Lux would ask one of the Mikealsons to compel her but that would be wrong. Ella needed to find that switch herself.

Hayley walked in and gasped when she saw Ella on the floor,"Help me."

Hayley knew what Lux was doing and didn't like it, but she helped anyways.

"Where do you want her?" Hayley mumbled as Lux nodded to the courtyard.

"Everyone can have a go if it don't work."

Hayley picked up Ella bridal style. Hayley zoomed down and threw Ella into a chair. She fixed her to sit more comfortable.

Lux came down with rope vervain and tired her down. She then injected Ella with vervain.

"Now we wait and inject her ever two hours." Lux mumbled as she drew a salt circle around Ella's chair.

"Why?" Hayley sat on the edge of her seat.

"For precautions." Lux backed up and put her hands forward and mumled a soft spell.

"I hope she comes back to us before my wedding." Hayley sighed. Recently she was brought to marry Jackson, a werewolf from the crescents. The wedding would bring everyone together and make the wolves hybrids.

"She will be. Just have faith." Lux sat down next to Hayley.

Ella shot up with a gasp and caught their attention,"What the fuck?!" She yelled as she pulled at the ropes.

"Let me out of here or I will kill you." Ella became frantic.

"Ella, I need you. I need you to be my best friend." Hayley said quietly,"I'm getting married to a man I don't love for the sake of my people. I'd really like your advise."

"Listen closely. I. Don't. Care." Ella rolled her eyes.

"Oh Es darling. Look at you. All tied up like a animal." She rolled her eyes again at the sound of his voice. She didn't care all the way until he touched her shoulders. 

"Get out of my head!" Ella screamed.

"I'm not in your head. I'm very real." He walked in front of her,"Let's get you out of there. Shall we?"

"Yes." Ella snapped reluctantly. She fought against the ropes.

"Not yet darling, need you to find that small switch and flip it."

"You're not real. I know you're not real because the real Kol would accept me anyway." Ella snapped. Little did she know that Devina Claire worked like hell to get Kol Mikealson back, and she sure as hell did. The Kol mikealson in front of her was indeed the real Kol mikealson.

"I'm a bit hurt." No matter how hard he tried, she wouldn't give. She wanted to, she really did.

"Get out of my face." Ella sounded defeated,"Nice try witch bitch!"

"We need to pull some strings. Kol think back to a emotional time." Lux told him and he crouched down in front of his best friend.

"I know how this works you mug." He snapped at Lux,"Es, remember when we would kill for fun? Remember all of the tears we relished in? That isn't us anymore but aren't you curious of what our friend ship will become. I know I am." She looked into his eyes and that was the first mistake she ever made. Kol grabbed her cheeks hard,"Sorry Es but no time to waste. You will flip your switch back. You have freewill to turn it off and on again. But now you will turn it on. You will remember this as your freewill, not force."

She closed her eyes and opened it,"Kol?" You could hear the glass of her heart breaking.

"Hello Es." He smiled and ripped her ropes off.
