The lady walked up and gave him a hug as he just awkwardly stood there. What the heck is happening? I tried to get a better look but instead ended up falling. They both whipped around to see me laying at the end of the path. They both looked shocked. The woman looked like she was ready to faint. Xavier started to walk towards me. I tried to get up but he pinned me down with his foot.
"What are you doing here?!" He sounded as if he was about to kill me. I mean that literally. I thought I was about to die.
"I should be asking you the same question." I acted brave. Even though their was a lump in my throat the whole time.
"I told you to go home!" I was genuinely surprised that he thought I would leave.
"What is this?" I decided to ignore him. He lifted his foot off me and forcefully pulled me up. "That hurts." I winced.
"Good for you." He started pulling me towards the house. Is this where he's going to kill me? The floors were marble. I felt bad to walk on them. There were diamond chandeliers, spiral staircases, and lots of paintings that looked luxurious.
"Xavier come here." It was a ladies voice. He threw me at a chair and told me to stay put. Yeah right. I got up as soon as he was in the kitchen. I stood beside the door so they couldn't see me. "You need to get rid of that girl."
"I know I thought she had left."
"Why were you even with her?" She sounded stern.
"It's none of your business!" I heard a plate smash. The door flung open and he grabbed my arm. Xavier pulled me upstairs.
"Xavier slow down." I was already out of breath after a short distance.
"Be quiet!" He snapped. I wanted to talk back but I felt it wasn't the best time. Anyways where is this guy bringing me? We walked down a hallway that seemed like it would never end. Finally we got to a door. It was a normal white door but with the situation it seemed more like the door to hell.
"I don't want to go in." I said hoping that he would have mercy. He didn't. He pushed me in and slammed the door behind him.
"Tell me, why did you follow me?" His voice was calmer it was relieving.
"I just felt like it." He kept mumbling my sentence.
"Damn it!" He slammed his hand into the wall. It started to crack and then it went through. Blood rushed from his hand. I started to get scared again. "I really should kill you." I stepped back as far away from him as I could.
"Why do you need to kill me?" I swallowed.
"I'm a murderer and right now I feel like killing." He sounded like he was about to erupt again. He opened a drawer and pulled out a knife. It looked like it had never been used. It was shining in the light. The tip looked like it could cut someone with just a small poke.
"Wh-why do you have that?" I stuttered. He looked back at me and grinned.
"Because someone's about to die." He practically sang. He rushed towards me. I took a lamp that was beside me and threw it. Please don't die. I watched it smash into his head. I even heard a crack. Was it his skull or the lamp? I tried to go see but I couldn't move, except away. I started for the door I grabbed the handle. It was stuck! I kicked it, punched it, and even ran into it. Nothing happened.
"Let me out!" I screamed. I dropped to the ground. I was trapped.
"You sure are brave." It was Xavier. He started to get up. Blood covered his face.
"Get away from me!" I looked for something to throw but I knew it was useless.
"Is that anyway to talk to the person you love?" He was mocking me! He jumped on top of me. "Theres nowhere left to run." He smirked. He faced the knife towards me putting it right up to my neck. I was going to die.
