IT'S TIME

I opened my eyes and looked around my room quickly while breathing heavily. I walked in my bathroom and washed my face removing all the sweat when I heard a strange noise downstairs. What the hell?

I stepped back opening my drawer to grab my gun. Yeah i know i should not be having this. I walked downstairs without making any noise to hear the sound of my kitchen utensils moving.

I walked and peeked in the kitchen resting my back against the wall. "Ok one two three" I said quietly and pointed the gun at the person in my kitchen.

"AHHHH...WOOOW MIA STOP IT'S ME BABE WHAT THE HELL?"

A hot shirtless thief.

"JAKE WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?" I shouted at my boyfriend. "That's the question I should ask you Mia you are pointing a gun at me. Didn't I told you to keep that gun away from us." Jake grabbed the gun from me and placed it on the table. "Shit I'm sorry I thought it was a thief or something." I hugged him and calmed him down by a kiss on his cheek.

"What are you doing here anyway?" We walked upstairs. "You told me to drive you to Lockwood Town remember?" He said. "Yeah right can you help me with the bags?" He nodded. "Do I really have to come? I mean it's your home town and you have like 10 driver at home that can drive you there" He said putting the bags in the car.

"I know you have a lot of work but I need you there and you know how my parents are right?" I grabbed his hands gently while he gave me a light smile."Fine I'll come with you because I love you more than anything in the world Mia Steel" He gave me a kiss on my forehead.

"Dude why are you carrying 7 bags?" He asked standing next to me. "2 for us and the other are Sam's things."

"I thought you didn't want your parents to get these? " He gave me a confused look. "Yeah but Lockwood is our home and Sam loved that house so much you know." I explained.

We both walk towards my luggage. "Hey can you make sure to put my gun in the car please?" I said. "Yeah your precious gun. Tell me something do you have like an evil ex boyfriend in Lockwood that you want to kill or something?" He joked while walking downstairs.

"You guess its right"

Cameron
I parked the car in the garage to see Nash standing angrily with a phone in his hand. "What you are my mom now?" I walked towards him.

"For God sake  dude you need to man up." He followed me like a dog and kept talking. "It's just one night ok it won't happen again mom" I joked.

"You ran away from home Cameron. You were so drunk last night that you threw water on people and peed in front of the church." He shouted at me. I continued walking not paying attention to him. "By doing that you are risking your position in this town" He said.

"What position man? The mayor! Look at me. How can a bad person like me be the mayor of Lockwood Town?" I asked grabbing an apple and walked to my room. "Cameron stop! This town believe in you" He said.

"Well the day they will know that their mayor is nothing but a criminal..." I snapped when Nash fired back. "It wasn't you ok I suggest to do your work because this is what your parents wanted" He said and went downstairs.

I sat on my bed angrily. What the fuck is going on? I opened my drawer to grab my gun and shot at my mirror.

"Ahhhhh" I heard Cameron shout loudly and heard a gun shot and an explosion of a mirror. The bodyguards were about to ran upstairs. "No leave him alone he's fine."

Being the step brother of Cameron Dallas isn't an easy job. After the death of our parents we were left with hundreds properties and the town of Lockwood. Cameron and I took care of everything. It was our parents wish to keep the business and town safe. With the help of the Steel family thing were very easy. Until that incident.

Ever since that incident thing became so difficult. The Steel family left and Cameron became a monster. I wish she was still here with us. I miss her.

I still remember how we were called the three musketeers in the town. Nash, Mia and Cameron the three musketeers. Why things cannot be like in the past?

"Sir.... we have some movements in the Steel mansion?" Miles, one of my bodyguard came knocking at my door. "Movements?"

"Looks like someone is shifting there?" He said as I went to see it in the security cameras. "What the hell?" I kept watching when I saw them. I was so shocked that I couldn't move. Mr and Mrs. Steel are back.

"Ok i need you to go and found out about them. Just make sure they don't know I sent you and yes see if their are boy and a girl of age 18 and 20." I ordered.

"I don't want anyone to tell this to Cameron...it's for his best"

"Ok gentleman just make sure you don't break anything. We would really appreciate it." I said walking upstairs when I noticed my wife standing in front of Sam's room. I knew what she felt. She was so broken.

"May you can go inside you know" I said with a smile. She took a deep breath. "Can we repaint his room and put all his luggage you know like his toys, clothes, books..." She said with with a cracked voice when I cupped her face. "Yes we'll do that" I hugged her.

I knew she wouldn't want to go in. She blames herself..in fact we all do. It was our fault that today we are suffering.

"I love you honey" I said.

"Hmmm" she cried in my chest.
