COMING HOME

Mia
"Wakey wakey" I woke up to Jake singing next to me in the car."Where are we?" I looked around. "Oh my god" I opened the door and stood still looking at the view. We finally reached.

"We are here" Jake hugged me from behind. "It's so beautiful..." I said and sudden reminded that Sam's won't be with us this time."but" Jake gave me a confused look. "It reminds me of Sam and all you know" I explained. What if I met him?

"It's okay come on we need to get to the mansion" He said as we get in the  car. We looked around while driving. It was still the same with the park and the zoo. However I don't remember any people at all. But him he is not the one to forget. I wonder what will be the reaction of Jake when he'll found out.

I kept on thinking while Jake was saying something. "Dude you need to look at that house it's awesome." He said when I took a look to see the only house I didn't want to see. "Whose house is it?" He asked. He seemed to really like it. Maybe if I said it to him slowly things won't be difficult.

"Ugh right it's the Dallas house they use to be partners to our business years ago until we all shift." I explained. Fuck I should have tell him more. But I can't.

"Here we go home." He shouted happily. I took a deep breath and got out of the car. "Seriously I should be the one who should be scared and nervous here" He laughed. "I know but I'm meeting them after four years. I don't even know if they are OK or not." I hugged him.

He grabbed my hand and we both entered the house.

I walked to the kitchen thinking if Mia Steel is in town. If yes should I tell Cameron? He missed her but...

God this is so confusing. "Sir" miles came. "What is it?"

"We spotted a black Audi in town today and we followed it and noticed it stopped in front of your property for 23 minutes. It happens to be a 23 year old  male and a 20 year old female in it."

"Miles what about the Steel Family?" I asked getting to the point. "Sir the Audi seemed to park at the Steel mansion and we also saw Mr and Mrs Steel.." He explained.

I kept on thinking when it hit me. "The Steel family is in town" I said in shock. But why???? Wait "Did you see an 18 year old guy with them?" I looked at Miles impatiently.  "I'm afraid no sir"

Fuck.. where is Sam? And who is the guy who was with Mia?

"Hey what's happening in here?" Cameron came out of nowhere. "Hey"
"Anyway have some work to do" I said changing the topic. "Please no" Cameron said while shouting annoyingly. "Hey we have no choice Mr the mayor" I joked and gave him a bunch of files. "What the fuck is that?" He asked.

"Your work" I snapped laughing.

"Get ready we need to go to the office for a meeting and then to the funeral and then you have to deliver a speech also at the bar." I said. "Wait to a funeral" He looked at me. "Yes Mr Walker died last night you know the doctor.." I said making him remember." Yeah I remember ok he was the one who treated Sam" He said sadly.

It's good to see humanity in Cameron. He maybe a monster but deep inside he is still here.

Mrs Steel
"Will....someone is at the door." I shouted in my room. It must be our neighbours. "Oh my god" I heard William shouting. What the hell is going on? I walked downstairs."Hey what's happening?" I asked to see Mia. I haven't saw her for 4 years. She looked so fragile and weak but she is still beautiful. I smiled but then remembered the incident. Every time I see her it remind me of Sam.

"Look who is here?" Will smiled looking at me. "Hi mom" she said with a light smile. "Mia... ugh hi" I said hesitately. I quickly changed the subject avoiding looking at her when I noticed a young man with her.

"Oh hello Ma'am I'm Jake Davis. Mia's boyfriend." He said.

We invite them inside.

Will and I went in the kitchen when Mia and Jake settled down. "Why didn't you tell me she was coming?" I asked him. "Don't please May she is our daughter.. And she has the right to come here and stay as long as she wants" He said rudely. I get it she is our daughter but this is happening because of her.

I quickly returned to Mia where she was looking through the boxes. "Did you bring Sam's stuffs?" I asked. "Yeah listen we were wondering if you would want to come with us to a funeral?....If fact you both can come you know if you are up to of course"

"I'm sure you remember Mr Walker?" Will asked in a serious way. "Yes I do remember him and sure we'll go" Mia and Jake smiled. Well I'm happy that She found Jake. She seems so happy but I hope this doesn't change once she sees him. I'm sure she'll meet him soon.
Mr Steel
We kept on talking when all of a sudden May went upstairs excusing herself. "Is she fine?" Mia sat next to me. "Yes she is fine just shock she didn't expect you" I explained.

"I can see that she still blames me for Sam's death? " She whispered. "Hey you know how she is...right? She will get back to us. She just need some time" I hugged her.
