She was so weak and in pain. I missed her so much. I missed her being near me. I missed talking to her and hearing her voice. Even if I try to make things ok she will never return to me. Things won't be like years ago.

When she pulled away in the parking yesterday I was so hurt. I lost her. I don't even know who she is. She is angry and violent.

Even though she told me to stay away I couldn't especially now that she has been making enemies. She think she will be able to fight but I know she won't be able to do it.
I messed up really bad and I am still paying for this. I curse myself day and night wishing I could return back to that day and save Sam. I chose my wealth over a life...over her brother. And now no one knows where Sam is.

I got out of my car and walked to the main court room. Today was the day of hearing. I sat behind Mia and the trial began. Both lawyers presented their information and it seemed that The Godfrey were weak. Even if they lose they'll use force to get the hospital back.

"My lord I would like to show a video of a room in the hospital that happens to have high security. And as we got a search warrant the police officers found weapons and illegal products in that room." Her lawyers explained.

"That is bullshit you don't get the right to go through my security cameras." Mr Godfrey stood up and shouted.
"Mr luke Godfrey this is my courtroom and as far as I'm concerned you must follow the rules" the judge warned him. He slowly sat down.

They continued for like 2 hours when we finally reached at a point where the Godfrey lost the case. "Based on the above information given by both parties.. Mr Godfrey you've been accused of several drug dealings and theft 4 years ago and according to these proof and videos it is clear that the hospital is being neglected. So the court does not have the choice but to sell your hospital by force to another empire." The judge said and signed the papers.

Well this is good but not as good as the Godfrey will now attacked us.

Mia and her colleagues smiled while the Godfrey were furious as hell. They stormed outside. Just after them Mia walked outside all alone. I followed her calling her name multiple times. "What now Cameron?" She turned looking at me. "Easy ok... I just want to help you can I come with you to the hospital" I snapped as she smiled and got in her car. "I don't care what you do Cameron just don't come in my way" she said coldly.
Why does she has to say such mean things to me? It hurts to see her without any emotions.

"What are we going to do at the hospital?" I asked while she drove silently. "Work" she replied. "I need to go take some papers" she explained. Once there we both entered the hospital and people greeted us. I guess they got her news.

I waited for her downstairs as she got in the elevator. That's when I noticed a crowd of journalists outside. "Mr Godfrey is here" a nurse ran in her cabin. "Where is she?" I heard a familiar voice from behind. As I turned it saw Luke Godfrey walking towards me with a very angry face.

"Excuse me?"

"How dare she come and take the hospital just like that. She doesn't even know about anything and she is new in here?" Luke argued. "Are you serious you do actually realised that you did the same thing 4 years ago with me" I argued back referring to what happened with Cameron's business and Sam's incidenta

"Oh please she doesn't know anything about business and I am warning you Dallas tell her to back off!" He pushed me back. "Do you even know who she is?" I asked angrily. "Does it matter?"

"Luke you are messing with the wrong people here?" I said. "No she is messing with us"

"I will kill her If I want to get this hospital back." He shouted. "DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH HER LUKE I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL FUCKING DESTROY YOU!" I yelled.

"Seriously what now Dallas you love her because the last time I checked you couldn't save her brother." He smiled along with his bodyguards.

"I was weak that time but now I'm not" I snapped at him and walked away to find Mia. I ran upstairs and heard her voice. I peeked in the room to see her standing in front a bed.
That's when I realised it was the same room Sam stayed for days after he got shot.

I still remember how Mia would stay here day and night crying.

I kept on standing by the room door as she walked to the bed and grabbed the pillow. She sat on the bed crying.

Seeing her like this make me wonder is Sam ok. Ever since they left I been wondering how he is. I will find out and for years I've been trying to tell myself that he is ok. She was so sad that she couldn't control her tears. Maybe she hasn't changed at all. She is still in there. "Mia" I stepped inside the room.

"Stop"

"We need to go.The Godfrey family is furious and God knows what they will do."

"Stop right there Cameron!" She stopped me. "You don't get to come inside" she snapped with a cracked voice as she walked past me and ran downstairs.

She blames me for everything. I deserve it.
