Abigail hasn't switched personalities in a week. It's a great improvement from her history of switching personalities constantly. If she hasn't switched in the next few weeks, I might try an experiment. The experiment will have to test the Abigail’s tolerance for unconditional environments. At this moment, I have not decided on a specific experiment, but I will.
There is a chance Abigail will go back to her old ways before I see her next week. If this does happen, I will go back to giving her small but challenging tasks during our meetings. For example, in our most recent meeting, I had Abigail put together a puzzle. This task challenged her ability to focus and not switch to anger when something didn't happen the way she wanted.
Abigail still occupies a padded cell and wears a straight jacket outside of our appointments. Occasionally when she walks to our appointment she is aloud to only wear handcuffs. Next week, if she hasn't switched, I plan on taking away her straight jack. In place of the straight jacket, I will have Abigal have free hands in her cell only. If she keeps progressing, I will slowly give her more freedom.
