I stand in the middle of the rooftop garden and pretty impressed by Jamie's works. But, he makes one big mistake. There's no announcement anywhere and that is the biggest mistake!

Someone could come here freely, found this setting,  and ruined the whole thing! Sometimes I just want to strangle Jamie to death but who would be my bully if he's gone? He's my bestfriend since high school. He always watches my back and so do I.

Control your temper, man.

Alright, I'm just gonna wait here until Jamie comes and then I will give the rests to his hands. The wind is slowly flowing, brushing my hair.

Brrrttt Brrrttt

My phone vibrates. From my agent.

Theo, you just got an offer for a movie from Neil Burger! He wants your audition 3 days from now. Should I say yes?

Offer from Neil FREAKING Burger?? Of course, I would take it! There's no way I would let that chance slipping from my fingers. I text my agent back to let him know that I would take it.

Okay, Jamie, I think I could forgive you because my mood just gets better. Where's he? I think I'm going to look for him.

Did he just leave me here?

Well, at least he did his job.

I walk up to the stairs to the rooftop and when I open the door, I find someone there.

There's a 'she' standing near the balcony.

I hear myself say with a loud voice, "What the f*ck are you doing here?!"

Alright, that sounds too harsh. But, I don't care. And this woman doesn’t answer my question.

"I said, what are you doing here? Don't you know that this place is private?"

I put the emphasis 'you' to make her understand that I am talking to her. If my mother heard me, she would beat my ass for showing disrespect to a lady. Unfortunately, she is not here and woman who doesn't read my announcement will not treated like a lady.

"Well?" I ask again.

I try so hard to not push her to the ground. But, she is testing me. She hasn't said a word yet and it nearly makes me want to push her very bad.

I come closer to her and standing right behind her. I could see her knuckles become white from gripping the railing too hard.

I am starting to observe her. She is quite tall for a woman, she has slender body which I like. She is wearing white long sleeved top and light blue jeans that fit perfectly on her. Her long blonde hair is in a messy bun.

She slowly turns her body to face me and by the look on her face, she looks shocked to see me.

Did she recognize me?

Well, I am not that famous but I will if I take the part that Neil offered to me just 20 minutes ago.

I take a look on her shocked face and get to admit that she is cute, there's something about her that makes me want to know her.

Not right now dude, you are supposed to be angry with her.

Yeah, right. I quickly recover from my awe at her.

"Well, miss, could you explain why you are here?"

"Umm..I was just enjoying this rooftop view. I did nothing harm to your romantic place there if it is yours."

I lift my eyebrow. I don't believe her yet.

And she looks mad.

"It's true! Look, there is no any announcement that tells me this place is private."

She looks cuter when she is mad. I like her voice.

"Perhaps you didn't look at the door?"

"I did! And there's nothing on it. Just take a look there and if I am right,  I expect an apology and if I am wrong,  I will do anything."

Anything huh? Fine with me.

I go to the door without a word to her. I can hear her footsteps behind me. This woman looks so eager to prove me wrong, alright honey, let's see who's right.

I open the door and look at the other side.

Blank.

There's no announcement!

That idiot has lied to me, you are doomed, Jamie!

She is smiling victory at me and I cannot hide my embarrassment. And I have to apology to her. I scratch my hair and say, "Alright... I am so sorry. Looks like my assistant didn't do his job well.  As my apology,  would you like to drink coffee with me? My treat of course."

There. I ask her out. I don’t even know her name and vice versa. Where's your manner, stupid?

As I am waiting for her answer, she pulls out her phone and gives me a one-minute sign. I nod as my approval.

Could it be her boyfriend?

Then she smiles at me and I automatically smile back at her. Beautiful.

"Well,  I'm sorry but I can't go with you."

Why do I feel disappointed?

"It's not because your mother tells you not to go with stranger, is it? I mean no harm."

A smile finds its way back on her face.

I could kiss her right now for being too beautiful.

"No, it's not that. I would love to, but I have something important to do and it cannot wait."

"Okay then, maybe next time?"

"Yeah, sure.  I will get going then."

She makes a move towards the stair and I move to the side to let her go.

I have to know her name.

"May I know your name?"

She turns her head and answers, "My name is Tris."

Okay, Tris, the next time I see you again, I will get to drink coffee with you. I am sure of that.

Because I, Theo James, never fail.
