Theo's POV

By the time the song has finished, I take a glance at Shai and find her asleep. Wow, I don't expect this one. Usually women will applause multiple times and go crazy everytime I sing, and Shailene.. she fall asleep on me.

We have arrived at our apartment and now we are at the parking lot. I have turned off the engine, have unplugged my seat belt and now I'm going to just look at her.

All day long.

One of her hands supports her head so it is leaning against the window. Her deep breathing fills the silence between us. Her chest rises every breath she takes, and I find myself staring at her, my chest is filled with something I don't recognize yet when I look at her.

Should I wake her or not?

That is the question of the day. I can't help but be afraid that she is the type of woman who is hard to wake up or goes mad when someone wakes her.

I don't like to wake up people because once she went mad when I woke her up. She was my classmates in fifth grade, we had a field trip to a farm so we took the school bus. She sat behind me and fell asleep on the way. My teacher asked me to wake her up and of course I did as I told to because I was the class leader. When I touched her shoulder and poked her a little, she woke up, punched me on the face and went hysterical on me. Two teachers had to calm her down. I was shocked and never want to wake up someone again.

Back to Shai, uh.. it is starting to get hot in here, perspiration appears on my neck and my forehead. I don't know what else to do. I couldn't just take her in my arms and go to her apartment. Paparazzi is everywhere. I'm going to just whisper to her and pray hard she is nothing like my classmate.

My hand goes to behind her seat to support my body and then I lean closer to her, my destination is her ear but my eyes are glued to her red lips instead.

"You are supposed to whisper, Theo. Not wanting to kiss her."

My good side reminds me that but my bad side whispers, "Kiss her! She won't know it. Just a little kiss there!"

Both my sides are fighting and I stop right on the middle. Argh.. Why do I sound like a girl? I am in late twenties and confused between kiss or wake the girl??

Wake her up with a true love kiss. A kiss that always happens in Disney movie. Very romantic. She'll like that.

This time, both of my sides agree with that. I focus on her lips and become closer and closer to her face until we are breaths away from each other. She is really beautiful from this close up.

Her eyelashes are long and very feminine. I bet her children will have her eyelashes, they will be very beautiful. I rub her cheek lightly and she appreciates my touch by leaning closer to me. My mouth curves into a smile and I decide to kiss her now. I close my eyes and ready to touch her lips.

Just....

...one...

Beeep Beeeep Beeeeep Beeeeep!!

Suddenly a sound of car's horn comes up out of nowhere. It startles me and I move as fast as lightning back to my seat. My heart is beating so fast that it threatens to burst out of my chest. Aside for freaking me out, that car's horn also wakes Shailene from her sleep.
