AMBER
As much I wanted to stay and try and make it up with Robin, My brother called me in at the house saying he had something important to discuss with all of the members.
When I got inside the room where everyone met up at when theres a meeting I seen an unfamiliar face sitting next to Ryan. That must be his new girl who I probably was gonna never meet if I didn't come here.
"Okay, so things getting real hot. Lance ima need you to make dem' drops on the corner of Mercury drive, shits been going low out dere' ova the past weeks." Lance nodded his head.
"Gotchu." He said.
"D make sure you drop those packages off before friday, make sure each dime in that load ight? don't forget or its gonna be yo head not mine." D rolled his eyes and nodded his head.
"Ight man, I got it." D said.
"Mike." Ryan called. Mike raised his head from his phone and looked up at Ryan.
"Yo you work for me now remember, so different rules. Ion know what you use to, but ova here its no cellular devices during a meeting nigga, dead that shit." Mike did as he was told.
"Now you and Jas here gon be working the corner where Lance doing his drops, anything pop off, yall hold him and den call me up. Until then work that corner from sunlight to midnight, 'clear?" Ryan asked. Mike and Jasmine nodded their heads at Ryans order.
"Speak!" Ryan spat.
"Yeah we hear you." Jasmine said.
"Yeah bossman." Mike followed.
Ryan looked at my other brother Trey. "Trey, You gon be with me, we got some shit we got to handle at this strip club downtown Friday night, don't forget. Its urgent."
"No worries fam." Trey replied. Ryan's eyes then landed on me and so did everyone elses.
"Ah, my beautiful baby sister. How you been? You've been distant." Ryan asked me sitting back down in his chair next to his lady friend.
"I haven't been nowhere. Just been busy with...stuff. What you got for me?" I rushed. Jasmine shook her head at me before turning back towards Ryan.
"Ima need you to handle something Friday with me and Trey as well. We might need to persuade some niggas or what not to reach where we got to go and maybe you can do what you always do for me to get them to talk. Simple. Nothing too big sis." He said. I rolled my eyes at him before agreeing to what he said.
When the meeting was done, I pulled Ryan to the side so I can talk to him about the girl that was with him at his side.
"Ry who is this chick you got following you like she yo shadow or some shit?" I asked him.
"Oh you talking about Janae? she just this Jawn I met at the club the other day, she was desperate a lil bit so ima have her around for a good lil minute." He told me.
"Desperate?" I asked following a laugh.
"Yeah sis, im talm' bout ole girl was deadass staring a nigga down at the club, I felt like I was obligated to take her home or I was gon feel bad or some shit." He said. I laughed at his statement. Ryan was a fool.
"Okay well, I have to meet Riley at her house in about 15 minutes so I have to go, spread my love to the others for me please?" I asked. He nodded his head.
"No problem sis." He said. I was about to walk off when he stopped me.
"Oh and Amber, tell Riley I said wassup. She real life need to stop playing with me so I can hop down and wife her." I laughed harder than I should at what he said.
"One, Riley is Gay just like me, Two, You not even the type to Wife anyone the way you be doing folks out here." I told him. he scoffed.
"I don't give a fuck if she gay, we can fuck bitches together, shit, I can turn her out, and Riley the only girl I'd settle down for if she would just give a nigga a chance." He said.
"Yeah right. But I got to go ight? Ill let her know you said wassup okay? Bye." I kissed his cheek and walked out the house and hopping in my car.
On the way to Riley's house I was thinking about Robin. I missed her like hell and I missed being around her. After sitting in traffic for like an hour because it was a car that flipped over on the road I finally made it to Rileys house.
I got out the car and knocked on her door. She came to the door. "Soooo, how did the night with Miss curly head go? Tell me all about it!" She yelled. One thing about Riley is she is always so jippery and she can better your mood whenever your down just by being around her.
"It was great Riley, she took me back to her house, we looked at paintings..." I said.
I walked to her couch and sat down while the news just played. Riley came to sit down next to me from the kitchen. She put a pint of ice cream in front of me and frowned. She handed me a spoon.
"I know that's not it!" She said. I laughed.
"Okay we had sex, and then she took me shopping today but Riley I feel bad because I fucked it up." I said scooping some of the vanilla ice cream into my mouth.
"Aw babes what happened?" She said giving me a worried look.
"I seen Jasmine there and Robin seen us looking at each other and now she thinks i'm worried about her or some shit and she told me to get out her house when we got there." I told her.
"Well......Are you?" She asked me.
"Am I what?" I asked her folding my arms.
"Are you worried about her?" She asked me giving me a serious look.
"No..I don't think so."
I looked at the TV where a reporter was talking about the Crash on the road that I just witnessed. Riley started to lecture me.
"Well....you should make sure you are completely over Jasmines ass before you go to somebody like Robin's fine ass." She said. I nodded but my heart immediately dropped when I heard what the News Reporter said.
"Seems like there was a very deadly Crash on the Philadelphia streets tonight, Paramedics had to rush to carry out the body that was trapped inside the well damaged vehicle. The body in the vehicle is Identified as a African American Woman by the name of Robin White..."
I quickly grabbed my keys and ran out the house, Riley followed behind me.
"Wait Amber, Im coming with you, Slow Down!" I got inside the car and Riley got inside on the passengers side. I pulled off making my way to the hospital. God I hope she's alright.
