"Listen, Zane," I heard Null's voice in my head. "That was an accident, don't ask why I'm in your head. In an attempt to teleport my comrade there to you, I wound up accidentally porting me saying his name to your wall instead of his head to tell him he can teleport there now. This can be easily fixed, just a second."

And then suddenly, the numbers were gone and white parka man showed up.

At this point, everybody was awake and white parka man began speaking.

"Hello, I am Entity 303, and I thought that since you've met Null, that du borde träffa mig också." He said, clearing his throat afterwards. that might not be accurate because I used google translate for it

"Sorry, what I meant to say was that since you met Null, that you should meet me as well." He corrected himself quickly.

I recognized that that was Swedish, because I came from a Swedish town, and was able to translate it immediately without his correction.

I wasn't extremely fluent in the language, but I knew a lot of the sort.

"As you know, something big is coming, and you shoul-" He began, but got cut off by me.

"Please leave, you clearly have no reason to be here." I told him. "It was nice seeing you, but we already know the gist of it, and we're already preparing." I partially lied, we hadn't really started preparing at all because it was only yesterday, but I needed him off our backs so we could prepare.

"I suppose that's true," Entity said, crossing his arms. "I'll leave, I just thought you should know of my existence,"

And with that, he was gone.

"Jack, Tamika, I'm assuming you have reliable weapons in your packs, right?" I asked, looking at the two.

"Yes," Jack replied, going back to get his pack.

"Okay, when everybody's ready, we can start hunting," I said.

When everyone was prepared, we went out and started killing any and all animals we could find that we'd get meat off of.

I had never really had a soft spot for animals. I mean, I wouldn't recklessly kill them, but I'd kill them whenever needed.

We got enough meat from the trip and decided to head back.

The rest of the day was rather uneventful, and I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.

The next day, however, was much, MUCH different in that respect

Signs would pop up everywhere, on the walls of the cave, in the forest, near the villages, everywhere.

They'd say things like, "Shades of white," and, "I will hide for no longer,"

One really got to me, it sent chills down my spine.

We'd been walking in the woods when Cody found it on a tree.

"Only Notch can save you now,"

I'd go into meticulous detail about how I felt when I saw those words, but nothing could describe how much fear coursed through my body. My heart sank, my adrenaline had boosted.

I was already getting creepy vibes from the other signs, but that one took the cake.

The longer I stared at that sign, the worse I felt. When I'd felt I was being watched, all those times before, it wasn't a scary feeling. It felt as though whoever was watching me was going to protect me.

I got almost the same feeling here, only difference was that whoever was watching me was undoubtedly evil, willing to do anything, anything at all, that I would feel sorrow, and pain for the rest of my life.

When "we" got back to the cave I felt like something was off.

Then, it clicked, and when it did, it almost instantly made me feel terrible for not noticing earlier.

Cody and Emily were gone.

I say almost because at first I thought they'd left for alone time, but then I heard Cody calling Emily's name from beyond the wall.

"Emily?" He called, desperation in his voice, "Emily, where are you, baby?"

I immediately left the cave and saw Cody by a tree.

I ran over to him and the first thing that came out of my mouth was, "I know,"

It wasn't what I meant to say, it wasn't the right time to tell him, it was just wrong. Everything in that moment was wrong.

"I-I mea-"

"You know what?" He asked, looking at me with a raised eyebrow.

"You and E-Emily..." I couldn't bring myself to finish. I would've in any other situation, I would've been brave and calm, not anything like right now.

He just stared up at me, waiting for me to say something again. When no response came, he responded himself. "I-I'm sorry, I-"

I didn't let him finish. "Look, I'm not mad, what we need to focus on right now is finding her,"

At least I sounded calm now, but if anything, the feeling on the inside was getting worse by the second.

We searched for hours, and I am not exaggerating. Hours of just, "Emily, please come back," and, "Emily, where are you?"

Hours upon hours upon hours, we were there until midnight.

That was Cody's breaking point.

"There's no use, we're not g-gonna find h-her, we m-might as well g-give up," his voice was shaky, uneven, and high pitched like he was about to cry.

I wanted to say something else that would help our case, and I would've, except one thing caught my eye.

The back of a head, a baby blue t-shirt, and blue jeans.

Of all the things I would've wanted to see in that moment, that would've been the last.

He slowly turned around to face us, and something inside of me screamed. (pretend the italics is bold because italics won't show up) Run! Go, while you still can!

But the adrenaline was pulsing, and if my heart wasn't beating extremely quickly, then it had stopped altogether.

"You should've known someone was behind this," Herobrine grinned.
