If I do it either way, it'll be wrong.

Here's one for my parents. The dad who's an engineer and the mom who's a teacher. These two are a very happy couple, don't get me wrong, but they have some problems. If we're five minutes late to church or a concert or anything really, they'd start taking the blame out on each other.

Dad: You took too long in the bathroom!

Mom: You took a last minute shower again! Not only that but you lost track of time in the garden for the millionth time!

Some may say this is proof of their love, but they always talk about each other whenever the other one is gone. They scare me, they really do. There's one reason to be cooped up in your room all day long. My mother thinks my father is passive aggressive and has a bit of ADD. My father thinks my mother over reacts to everything he says, but is okay with what everyone else says. Both of their thoughts are slightly true, but come one guys! Can you at least stay happy for one hour in the same room, or do I have to walk out every time in order not to show my middle fingers?

The reason why this scares me so much is because of the record of divorces and break ups on my mom's side of the family. My grandparents and two of my aunt's have either been divorced or are going through a divorce. My aunt has a hard time finding the right man to marry, but has a child at the moment. This child is a sweet heart, but constantly gets sick. You can imagine how many prayers are given just for this family to stay stable for the rest of their lives. Fortunately, we are a family of energy and laughter, so we should get over most of this stuff soon. I'd really like to see it all go away.
