WARNING:
DO NOT READ BEFORE, DURING, OR RIGHT AFTER EATING IF YOU HAVE A MAJORLY WEAK STOMACH. THANK YOU, SO MUCH.
And nobody is going to judge me for it. Probably because it won't be in anyone's reading lists anymore. But if this is, then have fun reading whatever it is that comes to my random mind!
I am at AC right now and I have to go the the orthodontists to get my metal retainer on the back of my bottom teeth fixed. My dad texted me not too long ago saying, "I will pick you up at school around 1:45."
He completely forgot I had AC today. I have a feeling that he has Alzheimer's with how often he forgets things. In this scenario, he forgot that I had AC (I will be missing part of a class I cannot make up today). But there was another time over break where he forgot something that was said to him right then and there.
My mom had been getting sick over food poisoning (we still are not sure if it was food poisoning or something else, but she was coughing up more liquid than food). When we stopped at a rest station on our way back home, my dad went to buy a drink for my mom and I told him the code to punch in in order to get the ginger ale. C4. Instead of punching in C4, he pressed the buttons "C" "8" as he said them out loud. Questioning why did that in my head, I told him, "Dad. The ginger ale is on C4, not C8."
He said, "Oh shoot, my bad."
The next time he went to buy another drink, he almost hit C8 again as he said, "C8, right?"
My brother and I shouted, "NO! C4, dad. C4!"
I am very concerned for him. He still does not want to go to the doctor or a physical therapist to solve his back problems (one of my reasons for wanting to be a PT). Smh
