I know it's been months since my last update. And although it seems like I'd leave this story unfinished, I promise I'm not! This book will have an ending, I've just been extremely busy with school and work and life and blah blah. I have to find time outside my laziness to write, because I honestly get excited myself when I think of Parker and Beau.
So all in all! Please bear with me!

Beau pushed the key into the lock and turned it, pushing the door open. She shuffled inside, panting heavily, shifting the shopping bags to one hand as she allowed the other to close the door behind her.
Upon hearing the door alarm beep, Parker emerged from the kitchen to meet Beau in the hallway. He had a smile on his face, but when he noticed her rigid puffing his smile dropped and he advanced towards her quickly.
Beau looked up at him and gave him a tired smile.
"What's wrong?" Parker looked down and took all the shopping bags from her. Relieved from the weight of the bags, Beau sighed and dropped her keys in the key dish, and gave Parker a kiss on the lips before heading to the living room.
"I. Just. Walked. Up the stairs." Beau plopped down on the couch, and rubbed her lower back.
Parker looked up from the bags, "You what?!"
Beau rolled her eyes and pushed herself further into the couch.
Here we go.
Parker rounded the couch and sat smack dab in from Beau on the coffee table. Beau started playing with her curls, anything to avoid eye contact with Parker who was burning holes in the sides of her face.
"Beau." Parker spoke firmly.
"Hmm?" Beau brought a curl to her face and begin stretching it, still not looking at Parker.
"Beau!" Parker glared at her and pulled her hand away from her hair.
Beau chuckled slightly, her round belly shaking lightly against the material of her sundress.
Parker looked down at the dance her stomach was doing, and smiled softly.
"What Parker? Go ahead," She gave him a lazy smile and let her head fall back on the couch, "reprimand me. I'm ready to hear it."
"You think this is funny Beau? You mean to tell me you just walked up 12 flights of stairs?" Parker took her chin and brought her face back down to face him.
"Six. I walked up six. I was too tired to go on and I took the elevator the rest of the way." Beau shrugged.
"Because that makes it any better," Parker shook his head and dropped his hand, "You shouldn't be doing anything like that, especially being pregnant."
"I was exercising!" Beau looked at him incredulously.
"The book says you're not really supposed to exercise! It's bad for the baby! The book says it's like cooking the baby-"
"The book," Beau rolled her eyes, she has been hearing tons about the baby book Parker had bought months before. At first it was cute, but now that Parker basically knew the book from cover to cover, he reciting it made Beau want to punch him the face, "Where is this book? I want to shove it up your ass."
Parker stared at her unamused, "Whatever, just don't do that again."
"Fine-" Beau smiled and placed her hand on the side of her belly where the baby began attacking her.
"Is she kicking?" Parker's face was replaced with a hopeful smile.
Beau nodded and took his hand and replaced her hand with his on her stomach. She watched his face, like many weeks before, as his eyes lit up feeling his child move.
