"I never knew you watched the game." I join Kendall who had his arm out to me on the couch who was watching soccer Manchester City Vs. Chelsea.

"Yea, well some people change." He wraps his arm tightly around me.

"Tell me about it." I say under my breathe and watch the game.

"What's that supposed to mean?" His attention turns towards me. A smile on his face

"Well the Kendall I knew back in high school was a spiderman freak. He cared about people's feelings and he smiled laughed joked around. He wasn't always grumpy like you." I poke his stomach.

"I'm still into spider man. I care about the people's feeling who mean something to me." He bumps his forehead against mine, gesturing to me. "And I'm not grumpy, I just have a different attitude towards things." Kendall retaliates. "No matter how much a person changes part of them will always remain the same."

I stay quiet taking in what he said. He's always been this wise, I praise his parents for that.

"Now let me watch the game." His eyes shifts to the telly from me.

I rest my head on Kendall's shoulder our hands intwined while he watches the games and explains to me what's going on. I'm really not into sports but the way Kendall's face lights up when his team scores or when I ask something relating to the game is just the best thing in the world and I just can't keep my eyes off him and ask more.

"What are you doing tonight?" I ask Kendall as he stops his car outside the apartment building.

I barely got see Kendall during the week while staying up to date with my classes and going to work.

"It's the last Friday of the month so the guys and I were going to have a game night." He rested one hand on the steering wheel while looking over at me. "I can cancel that and we could do something instead."

"No no, don't do that, I'll just have a quiet night in."

"Are you sure? They can go over to Logan's place and we can do something together."

"I'm sure." I convince him. I don't want to ruin his plans because I want him to myself.

"Just give me call if you change your mind ok?" He presses his lips on my forehead than travels down to my lips.

"I won't." I say between the kiss. "Have fun." I say while getting out.

"Aren't you going over to Kendall's place?" Spencer asks.

"No." I simply say.

"Oh did you two have a fight?" She assumes.

"No we didn't, it's game night or something." I tell Spencer.

"Oh I thought he would've cancelled on it for you." She really can't keep her nose out of other people's business.

"I told him not to."

"You two are just too cute! It'll be sad when all this comes to an end." Her tones changes slightly.

"What do you mean?" I raise my eyebrow.

"Well eventually this love is going to fade out and you'll find someone different." She explains her theory. "That's the circle of life. Two people meet, the hook up, fall in love, make out, have sex, argue. The love eventually dies and they get bored with the same old thing and then they look for new things in life."

"Well we're different. We haven't had it and we've known each other for a long time." I justify.

"Wait! you still haven't done it with Kendall?!" she looks at me with pure shock. "Wow you must have a strong self control and I thought you two were serious. Half the girls would've already done it if they were in your spot. Even I would've!" Her words make me uncomfortable.
