In the last couple of weeks my life had taken a completely different turn and changed drastically. Something I had never planned or expected to happen. I never thought I would depend on him for my source of happiness.

There was no boring routine of waking up, going to classes, going to work after and coming home to no one.

Everyday was a new day, I looked forward to it more and more. I looked forward to see Kendall's smiling face when I wake up, or when meeting him before and after classes. I looked forward to spending time and just cuddling while watching a terrible movie. I looked forward to the little things in life.

The little things that had taken up a big part of my life.

Kendall and I arrive at campus like usual and head towards class.

"Hey Kendall!" Dustin yells from a few feet away from us standing the the group of friends.

Kendall looks up and gives a nod towards him and Dustin

"Ohh someone's got it baaad!" Dustin teases. This is the first time we met up with the entire group as a couple.

I greet everyone with a smile and say hi to Leah, I haven't seen her around since I moved out of the dorms.

She acknowledges me but doesn't reply.

"This Friday night! We're all in?" James ask and everyone cheers and agrees. "What about you Kendall?" James looks towards us. Kendall had his arm around my waist and I held onto his hand.

"I'm busy." He simply states.

"Come on man! We hardly see you! When was the last time you went to one of these things?" Carlos asked.

"I'll think about it." He sighs.

The group talks over each other about some party this Friday.

"Have you done the assessment for music?" She moves to the other side of Kendall and asks him.

"Not yet." He says and turns back to me.

"Oh ok, I already finished mine if you need help you can ask me." She says weirdly.

"Sure." Kendall ends the conversation before she could make another attempt.

"I'll catch you guys later." Kendall says and leads me away with him, I wave bye to the people I know call friends.

"I feel guilty." I look up to Kendall.

"What for you?"

"I've taken you away from your friends."

"I'd rather be with you then those assholes."

"Don't say that! They're your friends!" I playfully swat his chest.

"The only one I would call my friend from there us Logan." He smiles slightly.

...

"Are we going to the party tonight?" I ask Kendall on a Friday afternoon.

"What party?" He looks over at me confused.

"The one James was talking about at Michael's?" I tell him unsure of who's party it is.

"Nah."

"Why not? come let's go it'll be fun! I want to go to my first college party with you!"

"Didn't you already go to your first college part with that chick Alexa?"

"Technically that doesn't count because I wasn't attending CU."

"Do you even know what happens at frat parties?" He speaks after a while.
