2nd POV

You jump out of the train and collapse onto the ground, clutching your stomach as you gag. The others simply walk off. Zalia walks over to you and rubs your back in comfort, but in reality it didn't do much to help.

"Are you ok? Is there anything that you need?" Rogue asks, bending down and stroking your hair.

"N-No. I j-just need to r-rest for a c-couple of m-minutes." You respond weakly, gagging between words.

Sting and Rogue could only look at you with sympathy, they knew what you felt and they knew that nothing could help you. Motion sickness was by far the worst thing a dragon slayer could obtain.

"Me and Sting might go on ahead and check out the town while you rest." Yukino says, hooking her arm around Sting's and walking out of the station.

Rogue sits down next to you with Frosch on his lap. He threads his fingers through your hair and starts to massage your head.

You groan in agony. "I think my stomach just left me."

Zalia turns to Rogue. "It's usually worst for her to regain her strength on the first trip of her week. After that she's fine. Unless she has her TOM." She exclaims.

"TOM?" Rogue questions.

"Time of Month." Rogue nods in understanding.

You slowly start to sit up after a few minutes of lying down. Your head remains looking at the ground while you breathe deeply to catch your breath. You shift around and end up leaning against Rogue who wraps his arm around you.

"Why, out of all things that could've been our weakness, did we get motion sickness as our ultimate enemy. Why couldn't it be like an elf?"

Rogue chuckles at your statement. "I think we question that ourselves."

You sigh and begin to stand up along with Rogue. You wobble a bit and hold onto Rogue for support. He clings onto you and looks at you.

"You ok? Do you need a few more minutes to rest?"

You shake your head and let go of him, finally retaining your humanity. "I'm fine. I just need to catch my breath for a bit."

"(Y/n)! Rogue! You need to check this out!" Sting yells out, waving you two over to him.

You two jog over to him to see what the fuss is about. Once you reach the town entrance, you stop in complete shock and confusion.

The whole entire town looked empty. That's not it. What surprised you were the houses. All the curtains were closed, not a single ray of sunlight could get through. The doors seemed to be sealed shut, every single crack was covered by either sheets or random boxes from the street. The town looked abandoned, like no one has ever been to this place before.

"Does anyone else feel a bit off from this town?" Yukino asks.

I notice a sign nearby and walk over to it. I brush off the dirt and read through it. "According to this, this town was formerly called Chiraek Town. But due to the supposed curse, has been renamed as the town of Frozen Sunlight."

"It doesn't look like anything is frozen though." Sting comments.

"Where have I heard Frozen Sunlight? I swear I heard it from somewhere, I just can't seem to put my finger on it." I mutter.
