Chapter 9- Humans, Blood, Parents

Caitlyn

"I'm sorry Caitlyn I shouldn't have done that"

I was now standing up walking back and forth I couldn't believe that just happened.

"HELL YEA! U SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT! I knew I shouldn't have came."

"Don't leave how about we just forget about it?"

HOW THE FUCK! Does he expect me to just forget about that? But then I realize that I kissed him back.

"Oh course we can just forget about it."

I sat back down on the blanket and Zack started to take out some sandwiches and bottles of fruit punch, I grapped one and chugged it. I didn't realize I was so thirsty.

Zack was looking at me in shock

"What did I do?"

"Nothing"

He stopped looking at me and started eating a sandwich.

I still couldn't believe that she doesn't know that she drinks blood she just thinks its fruit punch whatever I'm not going to be the person that tells her.

I started eating my sandwich but then I felt it. It was a pain in my gut telling me that Caitlyn is in danger I looked at her and she looked completely fine.

I heard footsteps ...

As fast as I could I ran up to Caitlyn and picked her up and ran, faster than I ever had before. I could tell that Caitlyn was scared and confused but I couldn't explain right at this second.

I kept running and running.

I heard Caitlyn scream

I didn't look or ask why she screamed I just kept running.

I finally reached Mason and Caitlyn's house. Well I guess this place will due for now.

I shut the door and I knew nobody was going to come into the house. I looked down at Caitlyn and I realized the blood. I looked at her shoulder and she has been shot.

And of course it wasn't a normal bullet it was one of those that the humans make that causes a lot of pain to vampires. I realized that Caitlyn was passed out and I put her down on the bed.

I knew I had to fix her up so I pushed her dress off her shoulder.

I couldn't really deal with this blood at the moment, you usually can if it was just vampires but she's a mix with werewolves and I think I smell a little human.

I just sucked it up and ran into the bathroom and saw A LOT of first aid kits.

I picked a few up and brought them to the bed and opened them up.

I took a wash cloth and started cleaning the wound.

"You know you have to get that bullet out of her, It's making her weaker every second."

I turned around and saw Mason there looking terrified.

What is he doing here? He must have felt that Caitlyn's in pain.

"And how do you do that?"

"You're such a baby."

Mason walked over to Caitlyn and he whispered to her "this is going to hurt for a second."

"She can't hear you."

"Yes she can, she just doesn't have enough energy to talk"

He took his fingers and gently pulled it out he started screaming well it was burning his flesh.
